As the new millennium began, a significant yet largely overlooked story emerged involving an individual’s incarceration for environmental harm. This case, which should have stirred legal rights advocates, highlights a growing trend where managers are prosecuted for their companies’ actions, even when they are carried out by employees contrary to instructions. This situation arises from federal laws that have removed the criminal intent requirement, particularly in the “public welfare” legislation encompassing healthcare, antitrust, and environmental statutes.

The case of United States vs. Edward Hanousek, a Pacific & Arctic Railway and Navigation Company manager, illustrates this issue. Hanousek was criminally charged and served time for an environmental incident in 1994 despite being off-duty at the time. An employee of a contractor inadvertently caused an oil spill by damaging a pipeline with a backhoe, but Hanousek was held responsible due to his managerial position.

Hanousek’s defense contended that criminal penalties for simple negligence under public welfare laws violate due process. Still, the court maintained that such laws are necessary to protect the public from pollution. The appellate court upheld the conviction, emphasizing the stringent nature of these laws.

This case raises questions about the balance between environmental protection and individual rights. It calls for reassessing the current legal framework to ensure fairness and reasoned measures in environmental legislation, reflecting on whether the extreme zeal for environmental protection sometimes undermines fundamental human rights.

United States v. Hanousek

An important story occurred as the new millennium emerged. But it raised hardly a peep from the mainstream media. This story should have caused a stir among those who clamored for the legal rights of those facing charges. So, what was this problem? It is about a person incarcerated for harming the environment. It’s all about the “environmental justice” whirlwind, with some saying, “Frederick, so what.” Please stay tuned.

More and more managers face prosecution for their companies’ actions. What’s even worse is that some managers face charges for the actions of their employees. That happens even if the employees act against instructions or company policy. It is possible because more criminal laws have eliminated the aspect of intent to prosecute.

Since many federal laws deal with items considered “public welfare,” lawmakers have this acid in mind. Examples of criminal intent removed for the “public welfare” include healthcare statutes. They also include laws about the environment and antitrust. As usual, the main culprit is the federal government.

Enter the United States vs. Edward Hanousek, a Pacific & Arctic Railway and Navigation Company manager. This company does business as the “White Pass and Yukon Route” (WP&YR), and Hanousek was a “roadmaster.” His responsibilities included maintaining railroad tracks, wayside structures, and marine facilities. Are you ready to know about the “horrendous” crime that this roadmaster committed? Mr. Hanousek faced criminal charges and served time for damaging the environment in 1994. This may be understandable for those who worship Mother Gaia, but the devil is in the details.

The government has been excessive in its treatment of the environment. Yet, the key fact in this case is that Mr. Hanousek was not on duty. He was at home when the incident occurred. To add insult to injury, an employee of a railroad contractor caused the incident. Since Mr. Hanousek managed this operation, prosecutors named him the responsible “party.”

Under Hanousek’s direction, the project was a rock quarrying effort at a site next to the railroad known as “six-mile” (Milepost 6). This area is 200 feet above the Skagway River, and the project involved removing rock and outcroppings alongside the railroad. Workers moved the loose rock from the track using a backhoe to load it onto railroad cars. At Milepost 6, Pacific & Arctic’s sister company owns a high-pressure petroleum pipeline. The Pacific and Arctic Pipeline runs next to the railroad a few feet from the tracks. During the rock-clearing operation, the backhoe accidentally hit the pipeline. That caused 1,000 to 5,000 gallons of heating oil to flow into the Skagway River in Alaska. The term “accident” has no meaning in the minds of environmental extremists. Are all people in car crashes charged with an environmental crime? Where are these same people when it comes to the damage to the ecosystem and wildlife during the construction of offshore wind farms? Or, what about the harm to the crust from mining rare minerals for electric vehicle batteries?

Remember, Hanousek was off-duty at the time. Yet, he spent six months in prison for failing to supervise the worker in a “proper” manner. This failure was the “direct cause” of the oil spill. In sane times, the railroad would have been liable for accident damages. But we have blurred the line between civil liability and felony. Rest assured, the environmentalists see this damage to the environment of Alaska to be worse than murdering a person. Thus, authorities charged Hanousek. They convicted him under the Clean Water Act for the discharge of oil into a US waterway. Besides jail, he faced a $5,000 fine and six months in a halfway house. Finally, he faced six months of supervised release. And the government and its symbiotic elites wonder why some people become “anti-government.”

Hanousek’s lawyers argued that a public welfare law has criminal penalties for simple negligence. In this case, it was an accident. They said this violates due process. Still, the court emphasized the criminal parts of the law that make up “public welfare” legislation. It protects the public from the results of water pollution. The court declined to instruct the jury that the defendant was not responsible for the operator’s actions. This case involved an oversight at worst, but it turned into a criminal case. Also, the appellate court found that the jury instruction was too short. It told the jury to find that the defendant’s conduct had a “direct and big” link to the incident. The appellate court upheld the decision despite the above factors. These harsh “public welfare” laws can jail those with indirect involvement.

Where are the social justice warriors? They clamor about the rights of “poor criminals.” Crickets. The stalwarts of equality believe that the WP&YR case is important. Thus, the environment trumps human rights.

Meanwhile, the St. Floyd worshipers received an out-of-jail-free card. We should highlight the looters’ fires and the resulting environmental damage. Then, we will see some true justice (dream on). Constitutional due process is now “gone with the wind.” Some environmental zealots refuse to see the unintended consequences. They are people-haters due to their extreme, inhuman devotion to the planet. Some environmentalists may take this paper’s words out of context. But, of course, a sustainable environment is possible through reasoned measures.

I hope those who want a clean environment will see that this movement has gone too far. Considering Hanousek’s plight, would these same zealots have a different view if a close relative faced the same plight?

Conclusion

The United States vs. Edward Hanousek case underscores a troubling trend in environmental justice and legal accountability. Hanousek, a manager at the Pacific & Arctic Railway and Navigation Company, faced criminal charges and imprisonment for an environmental incident he neither caused nor was present for. This case calls for a reassessment of how public welfare laws are applied and a balanced approach that considers environmental sustainability and individual rights.

In conclusion, the Hanousek case is a cautionary tale about the potential overreach of environmental justice initiatives. It urges us to reflect on whether current practices align with principles of fairness and justice. As we strive for a cleaner environment, we must ensure that our legal frameworks do not trample on the rights of individuals, advocating instead for reasoned and balanced measures that protect both the planet and its people.

Bonus No. 1: White Pass and Yukon Route History

The White Pass and Yukon Route (WP&YR) is a historic narrow-gauge railroad. Its three-foot gage track links Skagway, Alaska, to Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. Built during the Klondike Gold Rush of the late 1890s, its goal was to aid prospectors and their supplies by providing a safer route.

Construction began on May 27, 1898. British financiers and American engineers led the effort. The tough terrain, steep slopes, and harsh weather made the job difficult. Yet, the workforce, which included many immigrants, finished the 20-mile track to White Pass Summit within a year.

By July 29, 1900, the full 110-mile line to Whitehorse was complete. The WP&YR quickly became a vital transport route. It replaced the dangerous trails prospectors once used. The railroad was crucial for moving people, supplies, mail, and goods, which boosted economic growth.

After the gold rush, the WP&YR’s traffic declined. It continued to operate, serving industries such as mining. The Alaska Highway’s construction during World War II lessened its importance for freight. In 1982, due to falling metal prices and mine closures, the WP&YR shut down.

In 1988, the WP&YR reopened as a heritage railway for tourists. They can enjoy the history of the Gold Rush with scenic trips through the Coastal Mountains. Today, the WP&YR boasts its world-renowned passenger train as its prime business. It showcases the area’s history and beauty.

The WP&YR is an International Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. This recognition honors its engineering feats and place in history. It is a tribute to its builders’ and workers’ hard work and dedication. The railroad offers a glimpse into the early transportation challenges in North America’s northern regions.

Executive Summary

The increasing frequency of forest fires calls for sensible solutions. Yet, radical environmental groups oppose selective tree cutting, alleging it benefits corporations. Yet, uncut forests are more susceptible to fires. Some radical environmentalists hold pantheistic beliefs and oppose any disturbance to nature. The media often amplifies their views, neglecting genuine scientific evidence. They do this despite support for controlled logging.

The tragic deaths of firefighters in 2001 showed that environmental concerns can hinder firefighting. Responsible management can mitigate natural forest fires. The Endangered Species Act often prioritizes animal rights over human livelihoods. That raises ethical and constitutional concerns.

While environmentalists advocate for wildlife, they overlook the broader impact of uncontrolled fires. Selective cutting can reduce fires and sustainably provide essential resources. The movement’s inconsistencies highlight its duplicity. For example, it benefits from corporate subsidies while opposing them.

Despite opposition, allowing selective cutting can mitigate wildfires. It can also provide resources and support ecosystem health. The radical environmental zealots want to exclude humans from vast lands. That underscores their extreme agenda.

Foreword

Today, the government, media, and education proclaim a constant gloomy and doomed narrative about the ecosystem. Even some mainstream churches bloviate about the plight of Mother Gaia.1 Together, these entities engage in gaslighting to program this narrative into the brains of the citizenry.2 It is all about the environment and the plight of creatures, great and small.

With the above backdrop, we have lost the ability to remember and learn from our history. Scientists have discovered the “A1 Mutation,” a defect affecting people’s ability to know from the past.3 Therefore, we must take a trip from the 1970s to the turn of the century to see the roots of the current environmental/species movement.

Forest for the Trees

With forest fires increasing in recent years, we must apply common sense to reduce them. What is the solution? Selective cutting and harvesting. Yet, radical environmental zealots go ballistic when trees get selectively cut. The typical manta was and continues to be, “Fred is selling out to the corporations.” If indeed about the environment, it would, in a pure sense, be a noble thing. But uncut forests burn, plain and simple. So why do we keep our hands off the woods to let them burn?

Let us place this in another perspective by saying it is acceptable for nature to pollute. What else is the answer? One response is that a few radical environmental zealots are pantheists. They knowingly or unknowingly worship Mother Gaia. How dare we, the modern people (the scourge of the earth), defile mother planet to cut trees to make houses. Yet, do these worshippers even consider good programs to mitigate fire and save trees and animals? Nevertheless, most corporations that harvest trees plant more than they harvest. Currently, on an annual basis, growth outpaces harvesting.

People are free to worship the earth. The First Amendment guarantees freedom of religion or non-religion without government interference. With that as a background, let’s swing into the same game as those who invoke their beloved “Wall of Separation.” Remember, they work to stop people from expressing classic Christian religion. But of course, a woke Christian “religion” is an acceptable “risk” for the environmentalists. Regardless, using their wall of separation logic, people who worship the earth should not receive government aid. It is now appropriate to ask Thunberg’s followers how they like it when we say they cannot express their earthly worship on government property.

In 2002, radical environmental zealot William Meadows, president of the Wilderness Society, chided then-President W. Bush for an “irresponsible anti-environmental agenda ...The truth is that waiving environmental laws will not protect homes and lives from wildfire ... history, and science clearly demonstrate that clearing fuels away from the immediate area around homes is the best protection.” Mr. Meadows affirmed a truth - cutting does protect homes! It stops fires. Sound minds must conclude that selective cutting throughout the forest will help protect the rest of the woods.

The above shows some of the illogical spewing from some radical environmental zealots. Yet, it does not matter what this author, or those with a Ph.D. in science, say to counter the radical ecological zealots. The media offers nothing of what actual science has to offer about the environment. It is clear as a glass eyeball that the establishment will project the mantra of the silliest radical environmental zealots. Some years ago, a mainstream reporter said that Theodore Kazinski, the Unabomber, was a “nice guy.” He was a left-wing ecological zealot.

Does it get any worse? Indeed, your author remembers the reports about the four firefighters who lost their lives in 2001. At the Okanogan National Forest in Winthrop, Washington, firefighters perished because of the inability to pluck water from a river by aircraft. The environmental zealots said the firefighters “should not have been there.” Get that: “… not been there.” The real story is that the environmentalists delayed the water plucking to save the firefighters because of concerns about the fish. The fish in the water used to fight the fire may have suffered. So, the firefighters perished because the radical environmental zealots refused to allow selective logging.

Forest fires are natural occurrences and are nature’s way of thinning the underbrush. Enter humanity, a good steward of the earth, using nature’s bounty to make life better and healthier. Does using the material not make sense rather than letting it burn? Not to the radical environmental zealots. Of course, the abuse of natural resources can be destructive. It also can be unequivocally said that people can coexist with nature. With forests declared off-limits to people, intense fires occur. As a result, we get smoke (nature’s pollution) spewing into the atmosphere. In this author’s opinion, the radical environmental zealots fail to see the forest for the trees. Or could it be that they have another agenda?

Unquestionably, a good environment is an absolute necessity. However, rest assured we have a hijacked movement with feel-good platitudes for covert purposes (green on the outside and red on the inside). But for now, let us focus on another example of the duplicity of this movement. Many people criticizing “corporate welfare” for ranching, mining, logging, etc., contribute to the environmental movement. Some may say, “OK, Fred, what’s your point?” The same ones who cry about corporate welfare are active in a direction that receives a lot of subsidy from the coffers. They tout their environmental issues. Today, corporate welfare is a gold mine for woke causes such as the environmental movement.

The radical environmental zealots or their handlers aside, it is possible to allow selective cutting or thinning of trees to 1) reduce wildfires and 2) provide lumber to build such things as houses (the same places that environmental zealots live in most of the year). The environmental zealots believe that logging the dead burnt wood from the forests should not be allowed. They feel that Mother Nature should fend for itself. If so, let us stop all farming and let nature take care of itself to supply our food. Indeed, this would finally secure a Utopia by significantly reducing the population. Think this is a joke? Enter one Mr. Jaques Ives Cousteau (RIP), who once said, “In order to stabilize world population, it is necessary to eliminate 350,000 people a day.”

Endangered Species Act Up

President Richard Nixon signed the Endangered Species Act (ESA) into law in 1973. The ESA gives the Federal government overarching power over “endangered” species, subspecies, or distinct regional populations of creatures, from four-legged mammals down to microscopic insects. How they choose particular creatures to be “extinct.” In addition to politically motivated scientists working for the government, private lawsuits occur to make the government include a specific animal on the endangered list. And, indeed, their motives are pure — it is all about the creatures. Just like it is “all about the children.” If so, then there is some swampland for sale in Texas.

As the government acts to protect a particular creature, it can and does limit the use of private property that may be “critical.” Our good “Little Wiley” friends are the quintessential critical habitat example. The ESA, a powerful act, takes precedence over the taking clause of the Constitution. There are many examples where people lost their jobs due to the halting of a construction project because of an accident that killed a particular garter snake (oh, the horrors).

The government spends billions under the ESA cult because the Commerce Clause makes it “Constitutional.” If not, how about the General Welfare Clause to address that unfortunate obstacle? This is another fine example of the living, breathing Constitution.

Remember the northern spotted owl? That creature is one of many ESA tools that the radical environmental zealots continue to invoke to thwart human rights. A particularly salient example from 2002 is the case of Marsha Seier from Linn County, Oregon. She lost $300,000 in marketable timber because of sightings of a particular critter on her property. This loss was solely due to a pair of owls named “Little Wiley” on her property nine years before the controversy and had been absent since. Because these two birds have the “potential” to come around again, the government prohibited Marsha from cutting good harvestable (renewable) timber on 40 acres of her property.

How about “Little Wiley” and the Fourth Amendment? Since the government must supply just compensation for taking property, should the government compensate Marsha? Some will say, how did the government take? Environmental laws prohibit people from “taking” an endangered species. Some will say: “So what, people should not be rewarded for cutting trees?” Excuse me, but this is property owned by a citizen; as such, it is Marsha’s for her use as desired. Does this mean she should destroy the environment? Good citizens will act accordingly; there is nothing wrong with selective cutting and keeping the property in good shape. Private property owners typically do this better than the government. Most forest fires occur on government property.

While it is unpopular to do it, we must consider some poignant questions concerning some radical environmental zealots. For example, do they live in houses? Virtually all homes have wood products. Do they read any printed material or distribute propaganda? Indeed, some will say that environmentally conscious people tout biodegradable packaging. But boxes and bags are paper products (trees!). That is like the campaign to demonize SUV owners, as the elitists who peddle this mantra have large homes, multiple vehicles, and private planes. That duplicity and the environmental-social-gospel constitute quintessential examples of hyper-hypocrisy.

Some will say, “Hold on, Fred, this is about the owls, as they need their trees!” While the argument is about giving the owls more rights than people, we must point out that there are plenty of trees for these critters and many others, even with harvesting. At this point in our history, we already know growth outpaces cutting. We must also ask our environmental friends about the plight of the critters when the forest burns due to a lack of selective harvesting. I can only imagine the answer to this puzzling quiz. The above aside, the radical environmental zealots still want a significant amount of the land in this country to be devoid of a particular creature that they believe to be detestable — humans.

Analysis

Do not expect today’s young people to grow up and reverse this totalitarian thought process. Our “excellent” schools indoctrinate the children in earth worship – plain and simple. How do we know? Here is a particularly poignant personal experience. Your author participated in a community walk to advance cancer research some years ago. Walking along the river in our community, my friend’s daughter vilified the anglers. They were enjoying a day out catching the newly stocked trout. She said, “Oh, those fishermen are destroying the environment.” That was from a girl in the second grade! Where did she get brainwashed? School. Friends, today, we are subjected to gaslighting (pun intended). A never-ending storyline framed in a 24-7 projection with a 1984-like setting proclaiming carbon dioxide gas (a necessary ingredient of life) is a pollutant.4 Do we raise a simple question about the necessity of carbon dioxide? Pavlov’s Dog response will likely be: “You’re a climate denier.” It is worse than a Holocaust denier who will face hate speech charges against the New Normal’s god, Mother Nature. That’s right; for example, when questioning the Covid doom narrative or environmental mania, you could face charges of hate speech, as the Center for Countering the Digital Hate demonstrated. After all, trust the science, SARS-Cov-2 is a “natural thing.”

We all know about the onslaught of environmental madness by the fruits of things such as the Green New Deal. Some called it socialism, but it is a new type of fascism (got that anal ANTIFA?). Specifically, it is an amalgamation of goofy government, (mis)education, not-so-free speech academia, fake religions, tell-u-vision media, nasty non-government organizations, and barf-bag big business. And, of course, we now have a woke military as part of that cadre of putrid, perverted Pavliovian puppets. It is all hidden in plain sight via the multi-trillion-dollar (and growing) congressional bills (and growing) that address Corona-doom and the supposed infrastructure rebuilding. Congress creates fiat money to fund this largess.5

Conclusion

In conclusion, the prevailing narrative of environmental issues is a stream of doom and gloom. Various institutions such as government, media, and education perpetuate this narrative. This narrative often overlooks historical context and scientific evidence. Instead, it opts for sensationalism and fearmongering.

One of the critical areas where this narrative needs to improve is managing forest fires. Researchers have proven that selective cutting reduces the risk of wildfires and protects homes. Yet, it is often opposed by radical environmental zealots. These individuals regurgitate an extreme ideology over practical solutions. This has resulted in losing lives and property, causing detrimental consequences.

Furthermore, the Endangered Species Act is well-intentioned. Yet, radical environmental groups have used it to hinder human activities and property rights. At times, they have done so to absurd extents. This demonstrates a disconnect between the genuine goal of conservation. Bureaucratic overreach can accompany it.

The indoctrination of young minds in schools perpetuates this narrative. A generation becomes detached from reality and critical thinking. The prevalence of gaslighting and censorship further compounds these issues. It stifles meaningful discourse and dissent.

Ultimately, environmental stewardship is essential. Approach it with nuance and pragmatism, not dogma and extremism. It’s crucial to challenge the status quo. Seek solutions that focus on both environmental conservation and human welfare. Refrain from succumbing to ideological fervor. 📕

Foreword

Living in the greater Delaware Valley for most of my life, day trips to the Jersey Shore are a joy. It entails a drive through the pine barrens to destinations on the way to Cape May, such as Ocean City, Sea Isle, Stone Harbor, and Wildwood. Alternatively, a pleasant ride on a Pennsylvania Reading Seashore Lines (PRSL) passenger train made for a safe trip.1 As a teen, I enjoyed riding the PRSL in the early 1970s on Budd Rail Diesel Cars just for the thrills of being on a train.

Today, New Jersey Transit offers passenger rail access between Philadelphia and Atlantic City. The hustle and bustle of Atlantic City’s big casinos tower over the one-time star attraction: Steel Pier. The high dive horse show and diving bell ride were among the many venues at “The Pier.” To this day, vivid memories take me back to those days as a young boy enjoying those venues and more at that iconic Atlantic City attraction.

Like most large cities, Atlantic City harkens to become what it was. But in a joyous slice of nice, select towns along the Jersey Shore hold onto much of the past. My Favorite is Ocean City. It continues its tradition as a “dry community” and looks and feels much like it did as far back as I can remember. While the train to Ocean City ended in 1981, several vestigial remnants can be seen today. The memories of riding the train to Ocean City warm my heart.

Manco and Manco Pizza is an iconic eatery in Ocean City. Located on the beachside boardwalk, Manco and Manco got its start in 1956, the same year as my birth. With real-time confidence, and can say that a slice of Manco looks and tastes the same today as it did back in the 60s. It has a distinctive taste and texture with a skinny crust and large cheese bubbles. Like Ocean City, NJ, nothing else like it.

During a recent trip to “get a slice,” a big story that will impact my old favorite town, Ocean City, loomed in my mind. Looking out from Manco and Manco, the ongoing saga of building ugly offshore windmills forged a terrible image in my mind.

In an unbelievable coincidence, upon departing the restaurant, I saw a public awareness display on the boardwalk by the group Protect Our Coast NJ. One of the members of this group stood by to answer questions. It was a pleasure to hear about the many efforts by this group to expose the negative outcome of the windmill project. The information to compose the windmill story in this essay mainly came from Protect Our Coast, NJ. Kudos to Protect Our Coast NJ and the other organizations fighting the cause.

Before getting to the looming story, as a bonus, on this day to get a slice, the Joshep A. Ferko Philadelphia Mummer String Band played its signature music right by Manco and Manco.23

Introduction

The windmill farms off the New Jersey coast are a massive green energy project that has sparked enthusiasm and alarm. It ignited intense debate. It will stretch along the coastline and be as close as 8.7 miles offshore. It will have thousands of tall wind turbines, some over 1,000 feet tall. These turbines will be even taller than the ones in Atlantic City, which are 320 feet tall. You will see these turbines from the beaches. They will have flashing red lights that might change the beautiful coastal landscape.

The ambitious plan involves building many offshore substations. Each one is about 300 x 300 x 200 feet tall. People worry that power lines buried in the sand could create harmful electromagnetic fields. To complete the project, the builders must use sonar, drilling, explosives, and mechanical operations. These will help to drive steel pilings into the seabed. This undertaking will need thousands of boat trips and helicopter flights.

Yet, the plans have ignited political and economic concerns. Governor Murphy’s choice to eliminate towns’ decision-making rights has drawn criticism. There were few public hearings. Additionally, taxpayer subsidies given to developers and rising construction costs have raised concerns. These expenses and liabilities may be the responsibility of New Jersey taxpayers.

And to add insult to injury, there is an expectation that electricity rates will increase. Analysis indicates that the cost will be astronomical compared to similar projects in Virginia. Concerns about the impact on tourism, property values, and fishing industries still need to be addressed. Legal action has halted many comparable projects near affluent communities. The extent of the impact still needs to be quantified. There are indications that developers are trying to quiet concerns by giving hush money to coastal towns and anti-opposition groups.

Amidst the debate, the supposed “climate” benefits for New Jersey remain vague and undefined. Ten groups are working to protect Right Whales by opposing studies that could harm them. Windmills have a lot of oils and fuel, including transformer oil, lubrication oil, and diesel fuel. All sitting above ocean water is an omnipresent threat compared to land-based systems. The greenhouse gas SF6 is also present. People have concerns about how well windmills work in rough ocean conditions. Throughout history, hurricanes passed through this area. There is a worry about the effect of leaks and debris on beaches.

Foreign developers admit that building may harm whales, dolphins, porpoises, seals, and other marine life. Wind turbine installations also cause bird fatalities, such as the bald eagle. There is an ongoing debate about how much wind farms help the environment. Moreover, the effectiveness of wind power is in question. Absent traditional generation, “green” energy requires various systems, such as solar and wind, to work in concert. Thus, we need a massive build over the existing infrastructure to ensure constant and stable power.

The environmental footprint of the project looms large. Each turbine’s production requires thousands of pounds of metals, plastics, and non-recyclable fiberglass. The project will use a lot of fossil fuels for 20-30 years. This includes development, transportation, installation, repair, maintenance, and decommissioning. This raises concerns about responsibility and long-term sustainability.

The Leviathan Wind Farm

Ocean Wind

Ocean Wind, one element of a windmill farm, represents a significant offshore wind venture with an anticipated capacity of 2,248 megawatts (M.W.). The project situates on the Outer Continental Shelf, approximately “15 miles” (stay tuned) from Atlantic City in New Jersey. Ørsted U.S. Offshore Wind and Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) work together to promote wind energy. Ørsted, a Danish company, owns Ørsted U.S. Offshore Wind, a group that focuses on developing wind energy in the Ocean. The company’s main offices are in Boston, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island. By 2019, the organization had already worked on major offshore wind farm projects in the U.S.

Ocean Wind will unfold in two phases, generating 1,100 MW in the first stage and 1,148 MW in the next phase. Ørsted plans to begin construction and testing in the mid-2020s. The wind farm will use old nuclear and gas power plants to send energy from the turbines. This Leviathan is the biggest offshore wind farm in the entire United States. Ocean Wind received approval from the government on July 5, 2023, to start building and operating. This marks the third major project to obtain such authorization.

People are arguing about how a big project on the coast will affect the environment, economy, and politics. Meanwhile, Ørsted intends to “invest” an incredible 4 billion dollars. Additionally, New Jersey has shifted one billion dollars in tax credits from its ratepayers to Ørsted. For all the associated projects, the turbines last for 30 years, causing long-term problems. While Ocean Wind No. 1 is promoted as “15 miles out,” the media rarely acknowledges that Ocean Wind’s No. 2 phase will be as close as 10 miles from Ocean City. Authorities claim these turbines would be insignificant on the horizon and barely noticeable. Ocean City knows better.

The Ocean Wind 1 and 2 projects violate the rights of Ocean City and Cape May County residents. This happens because they use an exception to New Jersey’s legal standards. Ørsted has a habit of dodging questions by relying on lawyers, sharing information, and seeking political support. Planning the events at bad times and places made it hard for working-class families to join. Meanwhile, Ørsted pauses Gigastack project at Hornsea 2 offshore wind farm in Britain.

Atlantic Offshore Wind

In addition to Ocean Wind, another significant offshore wind project is the Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC endeavor located north of Ocean City. The inaugural initiative in this domain is set to commence construction in 2024. This project is a 50:50 joint venture between Shell New Energies US LLC and EDF-RE Offshore Development, LLC, an EDF Renewables North America subsidiary.

This effort, upon completion of both phases, Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind anticipates over anticipates more the 5,000 MW of power.

Analysis

Both New Jersey authorities and the wind turbine industry have not been forthcoming in providing accurate visual representations from crucial shoreline viewpoints. This lack of transparency was particularly evident during the debut of these projects. Similarly, various politicians on record asserted that the turbines would not affect property values along the shore. Traditional media outlets must still extract images from environmental impact reports and widely disseminate them for assessment by New Jersey residents. However, as shown above, Ocean City has taken a bold step by openly displaying these images on the boardwalk.

New Jersey lawmakers have seen it fit to virtually bypass Garden State citizens throughout the planning of this Leviathan. Meanwhile, the same legislature has worked to limit the future use of clean-burning natural and petroleum gas. Enjoy that gas-oven pizza while you can. Furthermore, by executive fiat, the governor has decreed severe restrictions on selling internal combustion engine vehicles by 2035. Governor Murphy and his acolytes think these projects, coupled with solar, will be able to charge all those potentially toxic batteries and keep up with the peak demands of summer and winter. They are gravely mistaken as they have been sold a bill of goods rotten to the core.

Oh yes, as the Nude Jersey bureaucrat says in the above video, “Follow the science.” We know that “worked well” during and after the Covid pandemic.

The Atlantic continental shelf is becoming industrialized. This is disrupting the marine ecosystem in this critical area. Trying to solve climate change by harming the Ocean could increase CO2 levels. A Harvard study shows wind turbines could raise ocean temperatures and cancel their benefits.

The response to the recent surge in whale and dolphin fatalities has been disheartening. Over four months, sixteen whales were found dead on the shores of NJ/NY. This happened simultaneously with a significant increase in offshore wind vessel activities. Nevertheless, numerous federal and state agencies and environmental organizations assert that the fatalities are unrelated to wind turbines. These very individuals held sonar tests responsible for whale strandings two decades ago, attributing the incidents to the exploration efforts of petroleum companies in their search for suitable offshore oil rig sites.

Despite being a Leviathan, opposition to corporate influence has quieted down. The clean energy worldview appears sadly to ignore the adverse effects of such projects on the environment. The large amount of money has helped with ongoing public relations. That’s like propaganda, making it easier to spend money.

Railroaded by Windmills

When Scotland Admits Chopping Down 16 Million Trees to Make Way for ‘Green’ Wind Energy Farms, will the environmentalists step up? Likewise, potentially turning the Eastern Seaboard into an energy-inefficient animal killing field would get Greenpeace all juiced up in the past—no more.

Who would have ever thought that Frederick R. Smith would become a champion of the environment and a skeptic of big business? That metamorphic event occurred when big companies adopted collectivist ideologies in fusion with the government. Furthermore, when my workplace for 45 years (railroads) gets attacked for pollution, my hackles go through the roof. There are a few key reasons why trains are generally more efficient than trucks for transporting freight:

• Trains are much more efficient in fuel consumption than trucks. A typical train can move a ton of freight around 470 miles per gallon of fuel, while a truck moves that same ton only around 150 miles per gallon. This is due to the low rolling resistance of steel wheels on rails vs. rubber tires on pavement.

• Trains can transport much larger volumes and heavier loads in a single trip. Freight trains can carry thousands of tons, while big trucks can only carry 20-30 tons. This allows trains to take advantage of economies of scale.

• Trains have dedicated tracks, so they are not affected by highway congestion and traffic delays like trucks are. This increases reliability and efficiency.

  Trains cost around 3-4 times less than trucks to transport freight. This makes railroads about four times more fuel efficient than trucks, on average.

So, in summary, the main advantages of train freight transport are better fuel efficiency, higher capacity, lower labor needs, and reduced costs compared to trucking. These advantages are magnified when transporting bulk commodities or containers over long distances. Yet we see federal and state legislatures introducing regulations for railroads to reduce their “carbon footprint.” In California, railroads are to become emission-free by 2035. That will result in the shuttering of smaller rail companies there. Therefore, shut down already efficient and low-emission transportation operations. Let that sink in. Will wood-fired grills be next?

Do these demigods believe their windmills and solar panels will be able to supply the needed energy to move freight by rail? Ignorance, money, and a dogmatic belief system merged into a nasty green machine that is red on the inside. That can be the only explanation for why federal and state legislators are promulgating railroad emission regulations. Also, government money thrown at railroads is a very inefficient operation. California is the prīmā faciē example with its highly-funded yet non-existent high-speed train that goes nowhere. Welcome to the New World Order of Odor and Disorder.

Conclusion

The Ocean Wind and Atlantic Shores projects complicate and divide efforts. It involves “clean energy” and valid worries. The big wind project off the mid-Atlantic coast has caused a lot of arguments. People are talking about the good and bad things it could bring.

Thousands of tall wind turbines along the coast change how the beach looks. The turbines with flashing red lights will make the area look less beautiful and cause concerns. The technical parts of the project worry people about the environment and cause disruptions. Installing the project is complex and needs lots of boat trips and helicopter flights. They use sonar, drilling, explosives, and machines.

The debate is about how it affects tourism, property values, fishing industries, and marine life. This includes endangered species like Right Whales and bald eagles. It shows the importance of assessing and reducing these impacts.

Proponents say wind energy helps the environment, but we must consider its impact. The project’s use of plastics and non-recyclable materials concerns people. It also relies on fossil fuels, which contributes to greenhouse gas emissions.

Its inherent inefficiencies undermine the cost-effectiveness of wind-based “free” energy. Sometimes, wind energy production creates more power than we need, which can overwhelm the power grid. When there is no viable market for surplus electricity, they discard or “dump” this “excess energy.”

Sometimes wind energy is not enough because there isn’t enough airflow. In those cases, we need other power sources like natural gas or oil to keep the power supply steady. And to mention the efficiency of coal-burning plants that capture carbon to make gypsum brings on the “climate denial” mantra. When the wind slows down or stops, it’s imperative to use backup generators or other energy sources to keep the electricity flowing.

This issue highlights the tangible risk of electricity shortages. Governmental bodies and environmental organizations are making it harder for traditional power plants. They oppose projects like the B.L. England gas pipeline. At the same time, they are pushing for more electric vehicles. This makes the risk of not having enough electricity more serious. We could waste electricity without an effective battery system for storing energy from offshore wind turbines. Creating batteries on a large scale is difficult because of limited technology and rare minerals.

As these projects advance, we must address these worries and uncertainties. We must safeguard the environment and society while reaping the rewards of alternate energy sources. The excellent news: lawsuits are “in the queue” to stop the Ocen Wind 1 project.

Maybe it is time to think about safer and truly clean alternatives to traditional batteries. Introducing: Gravity Energy Storage: A very uplifting technology! Or, how about A New Kind of Renewable Energy Storage (railway)?

Introduction

Since the late 1960s, certain psychopath elitists have engaged in massive fraud to depopulate the world. Better known as the “population controllers,” they perpetrated an inhuman program defrauding people in the developing world. More recently, this disgusting effort has extended across the globe under the choice and affirmation mantra.

As the master of population control efforts outside its borders, the United States has a shameful history. It has the distinction of harboring some of the most aggressive activities in concert with the culture of death. That culture, tamped down nationally by the 2022 Supreme Court decision about abortion, found new fuel at the state level. Thus, a flurry of initiatives now occurs there. As a prime example, California leads the way with its population reduction efforts. The initiatives include abortion up to the moment of birth and a “safe-haven” proclamation for gender affirmation. In other words, the California legislature wants to make that state a reproductive organ mutilation destination.

Along with Kavorkian-like state laws authorizing assisted suicide, it’s about population reduction. It is akin to Climate Change Control of the Peoples because it is Population Control of the Peoples. Blinded by zealotry, the psychopath controllers embrace China’s brutal one-child policy. Meanwhile, the door cracks open for the notion of infanticide.

This essay reviews the who and how of this massive fraud.

Controller’s Godfathers

Thomas Robert Malthus

Thomas Robert Malthus (1766 - 1834) was an English cleric, scholar, and influential economist in political economy and demography. Early evolutionary biologists like Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace studied Malthus’ works.

In his 1798 book An Essay on the Principle of Population, Malthus argued that increasing a nation’s food production improved the population’s well-being. He felt the improvement was temporary because humans consumed resources for population growth, thus tamping down a high standard of living. That became known as the “Malthusian trap” or the “Malthusian specter.” In other words, the population grows while the lower class suffers. Susceptibility increases from famine and disease. That is a view sometimes referred to as the Malthusian catastrophe.

Malthus argued that population growth is inevitable whenever conditions improve. With this statement, his worldview stifles progress: “The power of population is indefinitely greater than the power in the earth to produce subsistence for man.” With Anglican clerical credentials, he viewed the situation as divinely imposed on him to teach virtuous behavior. Malthus predicted that by 1890 “… there would be standing room only on this earth.” He avered that disease-ridden conditions should persist in low-income English towns to tamp down the population.

Christians of the day found Malthius’ population reduction measures to be a horrifying reality. Still, the British upper class embraced the Malthusian thought process. Malthus' book was a successful literary work in six editions from 1798 to 1826. One legacy of Malthus’ ideas was a shared concern among those in the developed world about birth rates in third-world nations.

Paul Ralph Ehrlich

American biologist Paul Ralph Ehrlich (born May 29, 1932) has an extensive portfolio in population growth studies. He focuses on humanity’s impact on limited resources. He is President of the Stanford University Center for Conservation Biology and Professor Emeritus of Population Studies at Stanford University’s Department of Biology.

In 1968, Ehrlich became well known for his controversial book The Population Bomb. He co-authored the book with his wife, Anne, who stated, “… in the 1970s, hundreds of millions of people will starve to death despite any crash programs embarked upon now.” One suggested population solution in the book prescribed “various forms of coercion.” That includes eliminating “tax benefits for having additional children” if voluntary methods fail. While acknowledging that some of the predictions did not occur, Ehrlich avers that his analysis of climate change was correct. Also, human overpopulation remains a significant problem.

After World War II, population control evolved into a component of international development. And, of course, the rosetta stone of concern: ecology. By limiting family sizes, developing nations improved their chances of economic advancement. What a laugh. Likewise, consuming the planet’s limited resources demanded a drastic reduction in the human population. That is The Population Bomb.

The Others

The population control movement also includes many famous personalities. The club comprises Rockefeller, Margaret Mead, Bill Gates, Margaret Sanger, and Peter Singer, to name a few. Organizations like the World Bank and the U.N. use code terms like “reproductive health.” In other words, they attack the poorer countries of the world. Weapons include sterilizations, sometimes forced or with bribes, abortions, and contraceptives. The propaganda machine includes endless and browbeating lectures.

The first “successful” population control program occurred in post-war Japan. Due to the devastation caused by the war, the Japanese economy could not support more people. Japanese leaders acceded to General Douglas MacArthur’s suggestion to legalize abortion. He likely felt pleased as the birthrate fell by half over the next few years.

The Post-Modern Controllers

With Malthus’s 1798 book, academia offered human growth and consumption studies. In line with these “studies,” the U.S. Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 departed from feeding the poor and arming allies:

The Congress declares that the individual liberties, economic prosperity, and security of the people of the United States are best sustained and enhanced in a community of nations which … work together to use wisely the world’s limited resources in an open and equitable international economic system.… Development assistance … shall be concentrated in countries which will make the most effective use of such assistance … the President shall assess the commitment and progress of countries … by utilizing criteria, including … control of population growth…”

Even more radical is the later provision of the bill as it directs virtually all U.S. aid programs to reduce population. Education, health, rural development, and disease control all waged virtual war on the people:

[A]ll appropriate activities proposed for financing under this chapter shall be designed to build motivation for smaller families through modification of economic and social conditions supportive of the desire for large families, in programs such as education in and out of school, nutrition, disease control, maternal and child health services, improvements in the status and employment of women, agricultural production, rural development, and assistance to the urban poor, and through community-based development programs which give recognition to people motivated to limit the size of their families.

Following Ehrlich’s 1968 book, policymakers foisted a costly inhuman fraud upon the citizens in the name of humanity. The population controllers spun a culture of death via foreign aid programs. The United States and other developed countries obliged. The associated programs have corrupted dozens of well-intentioned nongovernmental organizations. That cauldron squelched genuine development efforts.

Malthusianism is the official U.S. policy demonstrated by the government benefactors who push this culture of death. The pushers get funding from our tax dollars and hidden tax (inflation). The significant benefactors include:

• United States Agency for International Development (USAID)

• United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)

• United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)

• International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF)

• Population Council

It is akin to a cruel joke to read the UNFPA’s mission statement: Our mission is to deliver a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person’s potential is fulfilled.

The United States worked to stop women from having “too many” children in the developing world. In 1966 USAID established a Population Office to carry out this sweeping mandate. The government appointed Physician Reimert Thorolf Ravenholt (1925 - 2020) to lead this office.

With large sums of aid money, Dr. Ravenholt had the State Department at his beck and call and a mandate from Congress. Like some of the more recent “experts” (e.g., Antony Fauci), he became a law unto himself as a “Population Czar.” Ravenholt, at the end of his tenure in 1979, established a sweeping directorate of U.S.-funded population control organizations. That continues to assault women around the world today. As an epidemiologist by training, he saw pregnancy as a disease to eradicate.

Such a thought process by progenitors like Malthus manifests today in the culture of death. That explains how people now embrace inane memes such as “forced pregnancy.” For example, in October 2022, Stacey Abrams, a Georgia Democrat running for governor, claimed that access to abortion was a solution to the country’s high inflation rate. “Having children is why you’re worried about your price for gas. It’s why you’re concerned about how much food costs… You can’t divorce being forced to carry an unwanted pregnancy from the economic realities of having a child,” said Abrams. At the end of September, she also said there was “no such thing” as a fetal heartbeat at six weeks.

“Overpopulation” is an elusive word to caption the issue of “too many people.” The population controllers conjure images of poverty--low incomes, poor health, unemployment, malnutrition, and overcrowded housing to justify anti-life programs. The policies have, in many ways, caused what they predicted. That is a poorer, less diverse, less advanced world plagued by disease.

The population controllers have ignored mounting evidence of their many failures. They avoided their biggest story: fertility rates are in free fall around the globe. With billions of dollars at their disposal, many in the movement are not content to achieve zero population growth. They want to see negative population numbers. They believe the population should be a low of 500 million but no more than two billion. Such a lofty goal ensures the controllers and their followers have “gainful” employment.

From Ehrlich onward, the population controllers have been peddling a magnified worst-case scenario. Everyone has read passages like the following, taken from James Coleman and Donald Cressey’s Social Problems, one of the standard social science textbooks from the 1990s:

The world’s population is exploding. The number of men, women and children is now over 5 billion. … If the current rate of growth continues, the world’s population will double again in the next 40 years…the dangers of runaway population growth can be seen in historical perspective… It took all of human history until 1800 for the world’s population to reach 1 billon people. But the next … 1 billion was added in only 130 years (1800-1930), [the next billion] after that in 30 years (1930-1960), and the next in 15 years (1960-1975). The last billion people were added in only 12 years (1975-1987). If this trend (of runaway population growth) continues the world will be soon be adding a billion people a year, and eventually every month.

International agencies made a developing country’s participation in population control a condition for funding. The agencies include the World Bank, the USAID, and the UNFPA. Under family planning or reproductive health mantras, aid agencies enlisted local allies to encourage using and distributing “supplies.” The items include condoms, birth control pills, IUDs, contraceptives, Norplant (placed under the skin), and Depo-Provera (an injection). Agencies spent millions on these supplies while sending primary health concerns like malaria to the back of the bus.

Western population control theories also formed the basis of China’s one-child policy. One likely impetus in the formation of China’s policy was The Limits to Growth, a 1972 best-selling book that “predicted that the world would come to an end by about 2070 if population growth continued.” Mao cut off most Chinese from the outside world, and the book likely did not reach a Chinese readership until 1978. Dennis Meadows, one of the authors of The Limits to Growth, stated:

We can have 1 Billion people with freedom or 9 Billion slaves. We’re at over 7 Billion right now, so we need to bring that down to 1 Billion. I hope that culling can be peaceful and slow and equal between rich and poor.

China established its one-child policy in 1980. Part of the argument for this was that China’s out-of-control population growth “was the true source of China’s backwardness.” Chinese authorities enforced the one-child policy, punishing whole towns or factories for a single unapproved child. Women who violated the system could see family members imprisoned and homes destroyed. Since most Chinese wanted a male heir, the policy led to the abortion of millions of girls. Longer-term, this has resulted in a vast gender imbalance in China, with a large surplus of men relative to women.

New Normal Death Culture

In the COVID “new normal,” reduced longevity numbers favor the population controllers. That statement is not an intentional diminishment of those who indeed perished from COVID. Still, a massive number have passed and will expire due to the “mandates” and other measures implemented by the “expert” leaders. Some estimates indicate that 20 million worldwide died from COVID mRNA immunity-killing gene therapy injection. Furthermore, many thousands have perished from medical malpractice. That includes killing people with ventilators and withholding time-tested interventions with affordable medicines. The forced placement of the elderly in nursing homes to “stop the spread” was shameful. That did nothing more than multiply disease in a Gulag-like setting.

Because of the mRNA liquid death, millions worldwide now suffer heart complications, blood clots, and cancer. Many experience this firsthand, but few have the mental fortitude to make the connections. Because the experts imposed economy-killing mandates, many people suffer from poor health. Much to the hidden delight of the controllers, fertility is down, and stillborn incidents are up. Also, with the satisfaction of the people reduction alchemists, we now have a new phenomenon to deal with: Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

Analysis

The alarmist rhetoric aside, in the 1990s, the world’s population only increased by some 90 million per year. It has since fallen to 76 million). There was zero chance that the world would “soon be adding a billion people a year,” much less “every month.” But millions of college students learned otherwise and began to obsess about the numbers.

Few are aware that the world’s population will never double again. As we will see, it is already close to its apogee. Baby Boomers saw a doubling world population in the last half of the previous century. Numbers increased from three billion in 1960 to 7.9 billion in 2022. Regardless, the population controllers glossed over the underlying reason. The numbers didn’t double because people started breeding like rabbits. They doubled because we stopped dying at a young age thanks to medical advancements. During this period, fertility rates nosedived. There were six children per woman in 1960, falling to 2.6 by 2002.

The threat of armageddon due to questionable nation-building activities in Ukraine aside, Russia is in dire trouble with population. Between now and 2050, all indications are that Russia will lose a quarter of its people. No wonder Putin has offered money for any woman willing to have a second. South Korea’s birth rate is 1.2, and Thailand’s has a birth rate of 1.9.

Countries like France and Japan became rich before they grew old. Much of the developing world is growing old before it becomes wealthy. That is due mainly to the rapid decline in birth rates. The debate over reproductive rights and population control has a blind eye to a fact. It has to come to terms with a world in which population growth is decelerating. What remains will be from increases in the ranks of the elderly.

Now that the number of elderly people is about to peak, the world population will decline. For some countries, such as Russia, Spain, Japan, and perhaps most of Europe, the population appears to be in a frightening death spiral.

Reflection

The crimes committed by the “Population Control” advocates are akin to genocide. In broader terms, it is a worldwide eugenics effort (democide). Their utter depravity shows no bounds and is expanding at an exponential rate. Their predecessors, such as Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, and Mao, would be proud to have contributed in such an “admirable” way.

Some countries, especially the developed world, have voluntarily limited family sizes. International development agencies have cajoled other countries into doing so. And the governments of some other countries have mandated limits on the number of children per family.

Most of us grew up on a poisonous diet of overpopulation propaganda. Vice President Al Gore warned of an “environmental holocaust without precedent...that will engulf us if we do not stop having babies.” Most of the predicted nightmare of the growing population came not from overwhelming numbers of new babies. It is from an elderly population. With new medical procedures, the mantra lives on and on. The enormous new elderly population is what has swelled the population numbers.

Most people don’t realize that soon, the world will suffer from a shortage of young people. Detractors of this essay might admit that some population control measures in some areas may “seem harsh.” However, they will claim that the human population has overextended the earth’s ability to support humankind. They might also invoke the Pavlovian carbon footprint manta. But we know it is a massive mound of manure, as seen in my essay Climate Change Control of the Peoples.

In summary, the entire population tamping machine is about people reduction/control through a variety of measures:

• Deplatforming sexual acts from procreation

  • Women’s health care (sterilization, contraceptives, abortion pill, and abortion up to birth)

  • Gender affirmation (government-sponsored reproduction organ removal, mutilation, and chemical castration)

  • Modern Family (built-in sterilization through relationships between same-gender and affirmed people with classical families thrown under the bus)

  • Minor attracted people (fiat normalization of intercourse with infertile prepubescent children, aka pedophilia)

  • Enlightenment enjoyment sex (perverted non-procreative sexual acts between people)

  • Monolith machine (promotion of self-gratification, artificial reproductive organs, and state-of-the-art sex androids)

  • Fall of fertility (see state-of-the-art inoculations below)

• Battle against humanity

  • State-of-the-art inoculations (Messinger RNA gene therapy injection to tamp down natural immunity and fertility as well as birth the robotic transhuman future)

  • Gain of function experiments (serial passaging of microorganisms to increase their transmissibility, virulence, immunogenicity, and host tropism by applying selective pressure to a culture)

  • End-of-life care (euthanasia)

  • Food production management (starving people)

• Geopolitical strife

  • Nation-building (conflicts, aka wars)

  • Diversity-Inclusion-Equity (notions such as a love of country must DIE in honor of the Novus Ordo Seclorum exemplified by open borders enabling the flow of highly toxic and deadly illicit drug poison)

  • Critical Race Theory (an open conspiracy theory to cancel the employment of innocent people and provide a potential platform for civil war for even more population reduction)

  • Energy management (decoupling the world from hydrocarbons, thus crashing economies to cull the population - no heat for you)

  • Bail reform (reduce the prison population and confiscate firearms from non-criminals, thus increasing the murder rate)

Afterword

Of course, we all want a clean environment, and some resources are finite. The Domesday predictions about resources did not occur as predicted, and today's population replenishment rates indicate a future drop. It is time to stop the controlling charade and work on common-sense solutions to save the planet and humans.

Introduction

Global warming, climate change, and “pollutant” carbon dioxide (CO2) are all about power. And we are not talking about juice for virtue signal electric cars (more on that later). It is power over the people (control and wealth). The rulers have everything, and the people must depend on them for everything. It’s hidden in plain sight as the Predator Global Psychopath (PGP) mind-meld machine told us you will own nothing and be happy.

The Green Spell

The goal of the green movement might be more challenging than “they” think. Times are going to get rough. The momentum swings in the other direction when people get enough and start to fight back. History shows us when people get fed up with their rulers; they’ve overthrown them. The French Revolution was a terrifying example. Still, the PGPs exert control over all organs of society today. Dare to resist; it might get you a one-way ticket to a solitary confinement vacation at a nearby USSA gulag.

The masses are under the spell of a great machine, and people continue to accept whatever the PGPs hand out. It is possible to fool some people, but an impossibility all the time. As history teaches us, there always was and will be common folk that does the ruler’s bidding and turns against their neighbor. If the PGPs have superior weapons and enough traitors, they can maintain their power for a long time. Collectivists are mighty masters at two things: propaganda and snitching. North Korea is the quintessential example.

The Perfect Tool

We all want a clean environment, so they couple that with a masterful narrative. The PGPs use that natural drive for a clean environment to infuse a psychological viral meme into the population. The “environment” is the perfect tool to fool the “peoples.”

The many writings, speeches, and video commentaries from the various PGP personalities show us the way. In their warped mind, they think the world is “overpopulated.” Stay tuned for a “Speaks” essay debunking that big lie.

In their Godless and twisted view, every effort must go towards cutting the global population. Instruments include war, economic collapse, and reduction of the fuel supply (e.g., Keystone Pipeline). They also adore bioweapons (i.e., artificial viruses), toxic pharmaceuticals, abortion, illicit drugs, food rationing, sterilization, gender confusion, and climate manipulation. A striking written example by a PGP organ is The First Global Revolution A Report by the Council of the Club of Rome. Written by Alexander King and Bertrand Schneider, Pantheon Books published it in 1991, and the entire book is online at the Internet Archive.

Spending billions on climate change, and locking everyone in their house with no one going to work, is a thing. One day you turn on your tap, and nothing comes out. The problems are more significant than climate change because we wouldn’t be here without it. Electric cars? It will take many decades to enable the grid to deliver the power, and right now, it’s vulnerable to attack. Never mind that “alternatives” can’t supply enough electricity to load up an even bigger grid to juice the electric cars (and virtually everything else).

Impacts

And, of course, the PGPs look the other way as third-world nations use slave-like labor. That occurs to extract rare minerals to make toxic and dangerous batteries. Furthermore, battery mineral harvesting severely impacts the land. More so than traditional coal mining. Meanwhile, China uses a coal-based economy to make all the goodies needed to supply power for electric vehicles and our everyday needs. Furthermore, China has a dirty coal-fueled power generating system. Thus, the PGPs thumb their nose at proven and available technology to scrub coal emissions.

The narrators of this grand hoax use the super-WOKE big business model of Environment-Social-Government (ESG). That is, climate change occurs only because of humankind. Never mind, it has existed since the beginning of time. The lie, projected as the truth, overtakes the facts.

Global warming goes in cycles, driven by the sun. The sun goes through 11-year cycles. When George Washington crossed the Delaware River on December 25, 1776, we were in a little ice age caused by the absence of sunspots. We are now at a higher sunspot activity of the 11-year cycle.

Legacy media and scientists and ther lap dogs will say anything they want for the almighty dollar. It would be in the best interest of ordinary folk to do some research. For those under the environMENTAL spell, clear your mind, and think about it all. It won’t take long to figure out you’re duped and lied to - big time. Remember that the easiest way to control a population is to keep the “peoples” terrified of something.

Here is an inconvenient fact to think about. Ninety-six percent of CO2 production is by nature, and it’s a tiny trace gas. The PGPs have most people believing that humankind is the sole cause of long-term weather change. That is communist propaganda at its finest. The oceans and the sun tell the real story. As further explained by Daniel W Nebert:

CO2 — along with O2, nitrogen (N2), and water vapor (H2O) — is necessary for all Life on Earth. Geological studies indicate that CO2 levels have been as high as ~10,000-15,000 parts-per-million (ppm). This was during the Cambrian Period (~541 to 485 million years ago), long before mammals existed; at that time, plant life flourished.

Ice-core data (during the past 800,000 years) have shown cycles of CO2 ranging between ~150-180 ppm during Glacial Periods, and ~280-310 ppm during Inter-Glacial Periods. Earth ascended from its last Glacial Period ~11,500 years ago.

Warming and cooling oceans are the likely reason for these CO2 oscillations. Atmospheric CO2 has risen from ~280 ppm in 1850 (end of the Little Ice Age) to ~410 ppm today. Thus, current levels of ~410 ppm (i.e., 100 ppm more than 310 ppm) most likely reflect the burning of fossil fuels. However, rising CO2 levels in this last century have substantially improved crop growth.

When the sun warms our oceans, even high school students can teach politicians that CO2 dissolved in water will be released into the air. So, CO2 does not cause global warming; rather, a warming planet causes rising CO2 levels. Ice-core records have shown that rises in CO2 follow the rises in global temperature by as much as 800 years.

The biased, misleading, and irrelevant “surveys” form the best “evidence” for global warming/changing alarmists. And this indeed shows how feeble their alarmist theory is. But what will they do with few remaining to produce their food and make trinkets?

Watermelons

It’s all about watermelons, green on the outside and pink on the inside. The Marxist left high-jacked our language and started calling hydrocarbons “fossil fuels.” It was during the Carter era. Back then, the narrative pushed the global cooling scare. The mantra in the 70s also claimed we would run out of hydrocarbons. This fuel was a byproduct of the dinosaurs; by 2020, the forecast said no more gas. Hydrocarbons are God’s gift to humanity. It is a crucial element sustaining plant growth.

If fossil fuel was a problem, they would have kept the national speed limit at 55, saved tons of gas, and kept thousands of tons out of the atmosphere. We hear drum beats about “Environmental Justice” for Mother Gaia throwing people under the bus. Meanwhile, collectivists get their crumbs from the money machine. Think again “high-speed rail” will solve the climate problem.

In homage to their beloved Marx, the collectivists have abandoned their anti-big-business mantra. It is now a love affair because of the above-described big business super WOKE platform - ESG. Happy-clappy time for Green New Deal Pop-Up Posters and More!

The Real Agenda

The climate change control mechanism is their primary weapon to kill off the population. And they will own those who survive the global population purge. A runner-up is the mRNA immunity wrecking and killer COVID clot shot. The PGP bragged about this project with a memorial of their plans, the Georgia Guidestones. As the recently destroyed Guidestones stated, the goal is to reduce the world population to five hundred million. That is what Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum envisions.

Population control masters use food, fuel, and fear. Starvation and poverty only serve the PGPs, to increase their wealth, power, and control. They don’t care how much their peasants suffer and die as long as they control every man, woman, and child on Earth. They are sick and evil, as demonstrated by their euphoria for reducing “pollution” by tamping down human activity via COVID. It is all a massive mound of manure, a hoax for them to take what you have.

Afterword

In a positive development, “green energy” is facing increasing grassroots opposition nationwide. Some see the Green Machine’s impact on the environment, economy, and local communities. Wind turbines, solar farms, hydropower projects, and mineral production are all critical parts of the green plan. This Tower of Babel faces resistance in environmental lawsuits, legal petitions, and local movements.

Dr. Patrick Moore has been a global environmental leader for more than 40 years. He is a co-founder of Greenpeace and served for nine years as President of Greenpeace Canada. He also served seven years as a Director of Greenpeace International. As the leader of many campaigns, Dr. Moore was a driving force. Greenpeace became the world’s largest environmental activist organization.

Upon receiving his Ph.D. in ecology, Dr. Moore spent 15 years on the top committee of Greenpeace and led many of its environmental campaigns. In 1986, he rejected Greenpeace as it turned to the peddling of junk science. Dr. Moore strived to be a sensible environmentalist basing his analysis on sound science and logical thinking.

Dr. Moore challenges the environmental narrative. He does this in his 2021 book Fake Invisible Catastrophes and Threats of Doom. He also refutes much of the “science is settled” mantra projected by government-funded studies. In 11 chapters, you will learn that environmental doomsday prophecies misinform us. Below is a 1 hr 24 min video by Dr. Moore that provides an overview of the critical points.

The target audience includes children enrolled in the crummy progressive “education” system. He shows us how to reject alarmism about the future of civilization and the natural world. Dr. Moore hopes parents will read his book and pass it on to their high school and older children. It provides an alternative to the bleak future predicted by the prophets of doom. Speakes readers and others will also find the book informative and convincing.

At 40:12 in the video, Dr. Moore shows a crab inside a plastic cup. Here, he points out that despite the alarmist’s claim that plastic cups trap crabs, they use them as a shelter. He also refutes the claim that plastic is toxic. As a constructive observation, we know fish and marine mammals indeed suffer from ingesting plastic objects. Animals can mistake a large plastic object for food (e.g., jellyfish).

At 1:08:43, Dr. Moore avers that “all trains can be electrified and run on nuclear energy.” As an additional constructive observation, it is essential to note that diesel locomotives propel trains for most North American rail lines. Diesel locomotives have electric traction (axle) motors powered by an onboard generating plant. A small percentage of the infrastructure transmits electric power to locomotives for passenger railroads. These lines include:

• Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor (Washington, DC to Boston, MA)

• Various metropolitan commuter railroads, and

• Rail transit lines

The overhead contact (catenary) wire or contact (3rd) rail supplies energy for these lines. Propulsion is by electric locomotives or self-propelled passenger cars.

Nuclear-generating stations provide some power to electrified railways and other customers via transmission lines. From a functional perspective, locomotives lack the space for an onboard nuclear-generating station. To “electrify” the entire North American network is an elusive goal. Meanwhile, officials promoted the passage of the Connecticut Clean Air Act. A day later, the Connecticut Department of Transportation pulled its fleet of electric buses. An electric bus caught fire in a Hamden, CT, parking lot on the morning of July 23, 2022, resulting in the injury to two workers and a firefighter. Traditional diesel-powered buses replaced electric vehicles.

Many buried reports exist about problems with battery-electric vehicles. Fires and the outright failure of battery-powered fleets abound. The environmental dangers of mining battery minerals and many associated issues go unreported. Blood Batteries!

Hydrogen-powered vehicles pose problems too. Splitting water molecules create hydrogen, but it is very energy intensive. That’s one of the unique properties of water. Solar and wind aren’t able to do it, so we’re back to fossil fuels. It makes no sense to use fossil fuels to split water, then put them back together in an engine to save fossil fuels. The inefficiencies and losses in that process make hydrogen fuel wasteful. On the other hand, there is the mysterious death of Stanley Meyer and his water-powered car.

Readers, make your own decision based on the information presented. Regardless, facts have no standing. Movers and shakers of the Nasty New World Order enjoy Malthusian ecstasy as they worship the earth and bloviate their hatred of the human race. The environmental movement is green on the outside and red on the inside. Goose-stepping in line with the green/red movement, the globalist Rockefeller Foundation plans to dedicate all its resources to the green agenda. Just like Synthetic Sex Identities, follow the money. America’s Executive and Legislative Branches are full of ignorant politicians who need help from a 5th-grader. By the 5th grade, students have already learned that all animals and fungi consume oxygen (O2) and release carbon dioxide (CO2); conversely, all plants consume CO2 and expel O2. This is the Circle of Life; without it, our planet would be only a rock in this solar system.

In 2019 and 2020, America became energy-independent — for the first time since the mid-1950s. This meant greater amounts of crude oil and petroleum products were exported than imported. Our economy was growing beautifully, and unemployment rates were the lowest in more than 50 years. On 20 January 2021, this was abruptly reversed with the stroke of Biden’s pen (executive order 13807 revoked, plus EO13990, EO14008, and EO14030) — which incomprehensibly made America energy-dependent once again, and has also caused this unwanted inflation.

Biden’s “climate plan” includes goals to transition from fossil fuels to “clean energy,” cut emissions from electric power to zero by 2035, and reach “net-zero CO2 emissions” by 2050. However, “clean energy” (solar and wind) is unreliable and does not even provide 10% of America’s energy needs. Biden’s entire house-of-cards is based on becoming “carbon-neutral” — because CO2 is viewed as “the cause of global warming,” which is claimed to be the “greatest existential threat to mankind.”

When the sun warms our oceans, even high school students can teach politicians that CO2 dissolved in water will be released into the air. So, CO2 does not cause global warming; rather, a warming planet causes rising CO2 levels. Ice-core records have shown that rises in CO2 follow the rises in global temperature by as much as 800 years.

Yet, CO2 levels in our lungs reach ~40,000-50,000 ppm, inducing us to inhale our next breath. Given 12 to 16 respirations per minute for each of the 7.9 billion people on Earth, this means ~16 billion pounds of CO2 per day produced by human metabolism. Multiplying that by 40 — will approximate the total CO2 exhaled by all animal biomass on the planet.

To summarize, America’s federal government’s ridiculous fear of CO2 — has resulted in paralysis of our economy and our “appearance of being weak” to the rest of the world. Recall that both Presidents Putin and Xi (laughing off-camera) opted out of the October 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow at the last moment. While both Russia and China support the climate alarmist movement in America, they’re doing this for devious reasons.

In the 1980s, many of us scientists thought that “global warming” was a transitory fad (sort of like the “tooth fairy” to six-year-olds) that would disappear with time, so “let’s let it run its course, and it’ll go away.” However, four decades later, when this fad looks likely to destroy the very fabric of our nation and the Western World — enough silliness is enough.

Introduction

As a follow-up to Frederick R. Smith Speaks post Memes & Mentally-Physically Mutilated Masses (November 29, 2021), Jersey Bill, guest author of Killing America (August 7, 2020), developed some provocative memes. They are suitable for online blogs or sending to the local union-staffed printer for making posters to share with your local happy-clappy progressive friends. As posters, they are an excellent way to (virtue) signal our actions to ensure carbon zero becomes a reality before the next general election. It’s all about eradicating the essential gas needed to grow plants. Remember, this pop-up pogrom will foster population control. It’s for the common good.

As we know, USSA’s fantastic primary education system is the poster child of the worldwide social(ist) training ecosystem. Upon graduating from THC-high school (no tests needed), the darlings, thoroughly inculcated by the GND and its enlightening enviornMENTAL attributes, take the next important step in their collectivist life journey. With great excitement, the newly minted GND creeps can transfer their green skills to a higher platform: Marxist Academia.

Once on campus, please encourage the GND robots to educate the teachers with GPUPs at the entrance doors. Tell your collectivist young adults to also “make a stand and practice what you preach!” This winter, they shall demand no heat in classrooms and dorms for the common good. This return to nature will “do something” with “tons” of carbon dioxide gas. Lest we forget, this is not a mineral but a (life-necessary) gas. In the spirit of consensus, place the HVAC system winter setting to 35 degrees Fahrenheit so pipes will not freeze to ensure the trans-formers continue to function with equity in every bathroom. We can make do, just like what the Soviet spy said to 007 in the James Bond movie The Spy Who Loved Me. That is, “when cold, share bodily warmth to survive” (in the dorms). Masks are required, though. “Anthony Efficacious” indeed. Go, GPUP, go!

Lesson: The facial expressions of the creeps (particularly the middle one) in the above GPUP provide us with the quintessential role model of how to look like a collectivist. For extra brownie points, be like ANTIFA. Specifically, dress in black with black underwear (or none), black helmet, goggles, black full-face mask, and signature black umbrella. Get a high-powered pocket laser to compassionately blind right-wingers for honor roll consideration.

For the annual Marxist academic field trip, the government-owned Amtrak shall provide transportation to (can’t say Washington) DC and Congress. What a groovy way to show crummy common good solidarity with Joe Biden, who took the train to work to/from DC and DE for decades. As a bonus, GND students riding on the Northeast Corridor train (where the government owns the track itself) can look out the window and see the beauty of the world’s workers united. Specifically, Amtrak track-workers in groups as large as 30, watching one person do some work.

While it is a shame to see the private railroads with just a couple of workers performing the same job as Amtrak, that thorny issue is a great lesson. Hint: It is a way to learn about everything the government can do for you! Discover the alphabet agencies fighting for the United Rail Transportation Workers of the World (URTWW, or “you are to” - get shafted). Get to know about the Department of Labor (DOL), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), Surface Transportation Board (STB), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), and the Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS). In the comfort of remote learning, write practice letters for the follow-up homework assignment. Address the letters to DOL, NLRB, DOT, OSHA, FRA, STB, FRA, NTSB, and BTS. Request each agency investigate the disparity between the number of workers at Amtrak vs. private railroads. In the same letter, make sure to demand the agencies issue a joint Emergency Order forcing the private railroads to employ enough union workers to be at par with Amtrak. What a great way to illustrate the commie way with tools the slave-owning Founders never envisioned. No more constitutional roadblocks for progressive pogroms. Only invoke the constitution to block free markets, liberty, and property.

The GND students ride in a comfortable train built by a foreign-owned company. What a great way to experience globalism and disrespect, Trump Inspired Xenophobia Syndrome (TIXS). Furthermore, students will experience the thrill of traveling under a 12,000 volt-25 cycle overhead electrification system along the world’s lowest velocity high-speed train line. However, good news! Soon, this system will trigger euphoria for realizing a carbon-zero platform through green energy made by offshore windmills for even higher speeds. So, to not upset the hard-working students, they shall be subject to Gastly Gaslighting to view reports about windmills subject to demolition by future oceanic hurricanes or crashes with ocean-going vessels as right-wing propaganda. And, of course, hide the fact that there is the ever-present danger of breakaway icebergs also caused by global warming (or climate change, atmospheric desecration, or the term of the month). More importantly, it takes Marxist-inspired linguistic gymnastics to downplay the harmful impact of ocean-anchored windmills on sea life, natural water currents, and the climate.

More great news: Amtrak is installing a state-of-the-art HVAC system to eliminate viruses in the coaches. They removed the windows. Nevertheless, mask mandates remain in place for solidarity with the Covidian Cult. And, according to Gain of Fauci, please wear goggles to mitigate eye injuries from projectiles thrown into the open windows by ANTIFA robots standing by the track. But there is breaking news. It is the tremendous collectivist pogrom to virtue signal the ANTIFA troops: Amtrak will post an ANTIFA flag on the environmentally-friendly electric traction locomotive pulling the train. Gain of Fauci highly recommends keeping the goggles on (all the time) so you do not transfer any right-wing virus on your hand to your eyes. It allows for less hand-washing (Anthony Efficacious) for the common good. Moreover, goggle manufacturers need a slice of the fiat Covidian Cult money.

What fun it will be when the train gets (maybe) to 100 miles per hour along the 1.5-mile stretch of track in Joe’s delicate Delaware. Just 71 million for 1.5 miles for this new third track just South of Wilmington, DE. And it took only ten years from shovel ready to completion in 2021—workers of the world, great job. [No joke here, folks.]

Also, even though this confab is a spring season trip, climate change caused a snowstorm on the day of the outing. Unknown to the happy-clappy collectivist students, Amtrak secretly installed embedded electric heaters to eliminate the need to hire non-union workers to clean the snow from the platforms. That excellent engineering enhancement allowed the students to see how the snow melts on the train station platforms.

Once in DC, it’s a short walk from Workers Union Station to Capitol Hill and up with the GPUPs! As an obvious collectivist, each GND student has no worries about any government agent provocateur. Rest assured, Nancy will welcome you with open arms to embrace your GDN proposal to save energy at the Capitol, even though the temperature is up due to global warming. Of course, the students recognize Nancy’s golden years, as that person (can not say she) will need air conditioning for the summer months. However, make sure to demand a meeting with the Architect of the Capitol to determine a way to cut off the AC to terrorist Republican offices. Today, in the post-modern socialist-commie-technocracy-driven worldview, virtually all big corporations embrace the Willfully Order the Killing of Entrepreneurship (WOKE) ecosystem. The students also know that CEOs love globalism, equity, and inclusion. Therefore, it is critical to worship big business these days! Gone are the days when collectivists despised big business. Today, since small businesses typically are not WOKE, it is necessary to trash the corner stores for the crummy-commie common good. Burn, Loot, and Mug (BLM) promote noble left-wing civil disobedience at corner stores and other small businesses.

Like Capitol Hill, rest assured, CEOs like lousy Larry Fink will joyfully greet collectivists with GPUPs at corporate world headquarters lobbies to show solidarity with the GND. With the heating system already lowered due to never-ending Covid theatre remote work, it is good to support the students. It’s about the optics. More importantly, by fully embracing the GND, the crummy CEOs receive unlimited fiat money to make all the goofy green stuff proposed by the real insurrectionists, The Squad. Students shall be subject to further Gastly Gaslighting to view reports about the toxic dangers of electric car battery disposal and the trashing of the planet to mine the minerals to make batteries as nothing more than right-wing propaganda points. The collectivist primary schools and Marxist higher gas education institutions will happily schedule as many field trips as necessary to businesses and drive home the GND agenda. It is all about the environment, indeed! During the height of the fabricated Covid theatre, we all faced the unprecedented and incomprehensible shackling of economies worldwide. For the brain dead, that worldwide fact is not a coincidence. Simultaneously, crummy USSA Republican and democratic (lowercase intentional) governors ensured abortion mills and liqueur stores remained open but shut the door to dental work (and more). Let’s not forget the select governors who ordered the movement of older adults into Covid-infected facilities. The “good news” was that the Covid mandates reduced economic activity, resulting in a plus for the environment. It is a cult, my dear friends, the Covidian Cult.

Even though a thriving economy and a bustling society are the best defense against a threat, we all go along to get along. We were intentionally frightened to near oblivion by well-lubricated psychological operations stuck into us by a slimy, creepy, commie-mad machine—shame on all the “enforcers” and “influencers” going along with this pile of vomit. Examples include the police and national guard, to name a few, that bent the knee to Moloch. Meanwhile, (certain) police beat people with legitimate concerns about unjust and unconstitutional lockdowns. You know who you are, and go pound sand with the mind mush about just following orders. Do not follow unlawful and evil edicts/mandates —meanwhile, any sane person who peacefully questions this slimy-crummy-commie crapola faces the Caustic Cancel Culture Pogrom or gets tagged as a domestic terrorist. As an up-front disclosure, I have no formal education in climate change. But, claim a lifetime of work experience in a field that uses a lot of energy to manufacture fixed and moving infrastructure and propel the equipment. As such, the cult-like Gretta projection of a teenager is an insult to my intelligence. Time Magazine’s person of the year 2019. How nice.

Friends, we are subject to gaslighting. A never-ending storyline framed in a 24-7 projection with a 1984-like setting proclaiming carbon dioxide gas (CO2) is a pollutant. Dare one raise a simple question? Expect the Pavlov dog response: “You’re a climate denier.” Worse than a Holocaust denier, or might, dare I say, face hate speech charges against god Mother Nature. Because of my education in science in high school, long before science became politicized, I know better.

Of course, we all want a clean environment. Too much of almost anything can be problematic, like floodwaters. But to say CO2 is a pollutant (listen to the news) is like saying water is a pollutant. It is a necessary element for life on earth. Plants take in CO2 and give off oxygen. We are drowning in a carpet bombing of information, a more significant planet earth issue component. There are a lot of practical questions requiring answers. While ignored by envornMENTAL Mobocracy (eM), IMHO, these items need addressing.

The eM’s Green New Deal rejects carbon-based energy, despite technologies to scrub emissions. If so, then how do we build and support the infrastructure to send along the so-called renewables? If there was a never-ending supply (a fiction) of metal scrap, it still takes a lot of electrical energy to power an electric-arc furnace. Will renewables ever be able to provide that kind of peak energy? That is not a trick question.

Do the eM’s have any clue about the materials and manufacturing to make their high-speed trains? Let us not forget the manufacturing impact of new rails, crossties, ballast rock, and bridges. Lest we forget, trees removed to make the right-of-way! It seems the rest of the environment has taken a back seat to the force-fed “news” about the evil type of CO2. Consider several high-speed rail projects dropped or delayed. Reason: hyper-expensive Environmental Impact Statement studies and reports. Do they think there will be no opposition from the people with high-speed trains in their back yards?

News flash, it takes energy to propel trains, as energy-efficient as they are. How about oil and gas for plastics for medical equipment? Do we stop carbon-based mining for things such as life-saving medicines? Methinks the eM’s know these pesky details, but some of their well-spoken (sic.) puppets do not (hint: AOC).

No matter the form of energy, there are effects—for example, the production of minerals to make the batteries that store energy. We have nonexistent means to dispose of used batteries from home electronic devices. Imagine the bigger picture. The damage to the farmlands from ethanol production is a doozy. Solar panel farms will become toxic waste sites at the end of their service lives. The list goes on and on, but these few items get the point across. And oh, the hypocrisy of the eM. The eM opposed the plan to build wind farms in their back yards like the waters of Cape Cod.

Do we move forward with some choices in energy produced with sound science? Long-term realities addressed for responsible energy production? I sure hope so, or do we go with a short-sighted force-fed “solution” that will make us serfs under the New World Order Leviathan?

Is global warming (oh, sorry — climate change) a result of humankind? Partly, of course, like the atmospheric CO2 fluctuations long before the industrial revolution. Oh, darn, I forgot, human CO2 is evil, and nature’s CO2 is angelic (human CO2 has an extra quark or something like that). There are other greenhouse influences, such as sun cycles. Dare ask that question, as that is heresy under the eM playbook.

Rest assured, there is no hidden agenda in these words. I am not beholden to anybody nor a corporate entity. Sure, in decades past there was a lot of irresponsible pollution going on and some today. Thanks to innovation we have reduced pollution.  That is a keyword — a broader term that incorporates more than evil CO2. Emissions dropped in the USA due to the transfer of manufacturing elsewhere in the world. We know the “made in” label on products. Do these other locations have the same CO2 or real pollution restrictions? Crickets from the eM.

Like most things, follow the money. Who will make a lot of green (pun intended) from the manufacturing and building of the Green New Deal infrastructure? Big business under the direction of the eM. Let us remove politics and enter sound science to face the challenge of sustaining life on planet earth.

Enough of the mind-numbing “the science is settled” mantra. It would be nice to see an honest discussion between honest scientists in the related fields of study. How about analyzing the impact on the environment if we blindly and sheepishly accept the Green New Deal? An Environmental Impact Statement addressing the Green New Deal is in order.
