Now the question of why the narrative about COVID-19 is universally the same across the world (with a handful of exceptions like Sweden) begs a response. The proponents of the current COVID measures typically will respond that this is a function of “the science” being settled and uniformly directing the actions of government and private parties. These measures are so obviously destructive and nonsensical begs the question of why they are doing these things. One can’t help but conclude that it can only be intentional.
In the context of the COVID crisis, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., among others, has noted that the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), while legally responsible for regulating the pharmaceutical industry, are in fact its leading cheerleaders. Indeed, the fact that the FDA receives a substantial share of its budget from “user fees” paid by pharmaceutical supplicants creates a conflict of interest and incentivizes the promotion of the commercial success of these companies at the expense of the public interest. In short, they are the foxes guarding the henhouse.
I have no brief for BlackRock’s Larry Fink, and much of what he and his minions [Reincarnated Illunmati] moot publicly these days is symptomatic of the rot endemic to America’s oligarch class and their professional-managerial hangers on. For the last several years, the current fad in investing has been “ESG” (Environment, Social and Governance) [vile vomit projection], which is the application of “woke” criteria to investing in stocks and bonds. For example, ESG constrained investment programs will steer their investments away from oil and gas and mining and toward unproven “green technologies” heavily dependent on government handouts. They also embed “diversity and inclusion” goals that require companies to have larger and larger “Human Resources” departments of bureaucrats keeping detailed statistics of what racial and gender minority groups have been advanced within the company. [This sharpens what we already know: the crummy-creepy-commie Green New Deal is about lining the pockets of these minions with government-created fiat money via a tax called inflation and, THEY CAN GO POUND SAND.]
.. Jessica’s comrade’s then plotted to kill Sandman Logan. However, Jessica breaks from the underground resistance to go with Logan while pursuing a runner in the Cathedral !! dome. The “children dregs” of society exist in the run-down Cathedral !!, and the pair meet a gang of misfits. Logan scares off the gang and meets up with the woman runner. Logan shows he no longer is a Sandman loyalist by setting the runner free. Logan’s enforcement partner, Sandman Francis (Richard Jordan), secretly sees the encounter. Once they leave, he kills the runner. Francis now knows the breakout plan....
... Cathedral - Curious why the producers used a Cathedral (an otherwise solemn location). It is a dead part of NewTopia. Long abandoned by residents of the other Domes, the Cubs, or Gang of Misfits (see below) live in this sector. That is an allegory that true religion will be dead in the future. Most “religions” are now secular. ...
