Dear Congressman and Senators
Service Restoration Act and Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act
On February 17, 2022, two letters were sent to my Congressman and Senators
Letter No. 1 - Service Restoration Act
Dear Congressman and Senators,
Due to emerging evidence, the safety and effectiveness of Covid-19 mRNA inoculation are questionable. Please see the reference “1000 Peer-Reviewed Studies Questioning Covid-19 Vaccine Safety” at:
For nearly two years, Americans from all walks of life have been unfairly and unconstitutionally targeted by numerous government entities in the ongoing, nationwide effort to achieve mass medical compliance in the age of Covid-19, and America’s brave men and women in uniform are - tragically - among them.
That’s why I’m asking you to be a voice for our service members by supporting H.R. 6649, also known as the Service Restoration Act, which would effectively nullify the Biden Administration’s military vaccination mandate for all service members and reinstate those who’ve been wrongfully discharged for objecting to it.
Our members of the Armed Forces have selflessly protected and defended ALL of our rights since the earliest days of our country, and now it’s Congress’s turn to do the same for them by supporting this crucial legislation.
Thank you for your consideration.

So far, only one letter received. Incredibly, the paper letter has highlighted text to links with no URLs provided. To be kind, Your Author will let the letter speak for itself.
Letter No. 2 - PREP Act
Dear Congressman and Senators,
The federal government Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. (PREP Act., 42 U.S.C. § 247d-6d) granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something goes wrong with their vaccines. Congress created a fund specifically to help cover lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses for people who have been irreparably harmed by a “covered countermeasure,” such as a vaccine. But it is difficult to use and rarely pays.
In February 2020, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the PREP Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. That means these companies cannot be sued for money damages in court over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.
Due to emerging evidence, the safety and effectiveness of Covid-19 mRNA inoculation are questionable. Please see the reference “1000 Peer-Reviewed Studies Questioning Covid-19 Vaccine Safety” at:
Please introduce legislation to remove liability protection from the pharmaceuticals.
Thank you for your consideration.
