It seems the Supreme Court is more divided politically than ever and I no longer have much faith in them making an impartial ruling. Sotomayor would never admit we are being invaded but will gladly say Jan. 6th was an insurrection. And of course, as you point out, the newest DIE appointee refuses to define what a woman is. Is there anything more revealing than that when it comes to our divide?
One only has to study the current population demographics of most European countries, and the UK, in particular, to see how important our naturalization and immigration laws are and securing our borders.
Too many years of leftist manipulation has practically hamstrung our courts. Now we have judges that can't give a definitive as as to what a woman is! How in the heck can those same judges give answers to such weighty measures as immigration or invasion?
