As a citizen of the State that had the audacity to give a CDL license to the now famous Indian illegal semi-driver, I agree with everything you wrote 200%.
I am a resident of a state that is not one of the 19 states that have these special pogroms. I remember protesting in my state in various ways on various issues back in (all if calendar) 2007 in my state capital at my state capitol, including the issue of "Real ID Act."
ALL of my state legislators voted to quietly (with zero public discussion or input) "sign on" to the federal ID Act. I do not know what "official actions" by my state officials constituted "signing on" to the federal Real ID Act for my state.
I emphasize the word ALL in the last paragraph here because my state legislators, regardless of political affiliations or philosophy.
With that special Driving privilege card for illegal residents can drive legally in their respective state (only) as well as in the whole of the contiguous United States. So those special Driving Privilege Cards for illegal residents in effect have what is equivalent to a regular driver's license. And there is no more or no less enforcement of violation license and driving laws.
Way back in 2007 I knew that Real ID was Real Bad News but I did not understand how it was a major step toward One World Death and Slavery for ALL.
Everytime I go to the DMV for anything and they see I don't have a REAL ID (TM) they try and make me get one. I always decline. They insist I need one to fly. I make sure and tell them that I refuse to fly anywhere. Then they're stumped. 😂🤣
