Global Federation & Parliament
The World Constitution & Parliament Society and Citizens for Global Soultions aim to promote the establishment of a world parliament and the drafting of a world constitution.
As long as there are sovereign nations possessing great power, war is inevitable. That statement is not an attempt to say when war will come, but only that it is sure to come. That fact was true before the atomic bomb was made. What has been changed is the destructiveness of war.
Albert Einstein, United World Federalist Advisory Board Member
Introduction
New World Order or Novus Ordo Seclorum describes a compact of psychopaths who wish to rule the world. In the past, using this term would result in people scoffing at, in their mind, a “goofy conspiracy theory.” Nevertheless, the United Nations and its odious subunits, like the World Health Organization,1 constitute a virulent contagion working toward global governance. Other prominent globalist organizations and their key quotes (italic) include:
Aspen Institute ~ Through the Aspen Partnership for an Inclusive Economy, we’re uniting Institute experts with a diverse range of public, private and non-profit leaders to help reconstruct our global economy so it drives greater security, opportunity and resilience for all.
Atlantic Council ~ The Atlantic Council promotes constructive leadership and engagement in international affairs based on the Atlantic Community’s central role in meeting global challenges. The Council provides an essential forum for navigating the dramatic economic and political changes defining the twenty-first century by informing and galvanizing its uniquely influential network of global leaders. The Atlantic Council—through the papers it publishes, the ideas it generates, the future leaders it develops, and the communities it builds—shapes policy choices and strategies to create a more free, secure, and prosperous world.
Bilderberg ~ The annual Bilderberg Meeting is a three-day forum for informal discussions, designed to foster dialogue between Europe and North America. The pioneering Meeting grew out of the concern, expressed by leading citizens on both sides of the Atlantic, that Western Europe and North America were not working together as closely as they should on issues of common interest.
Chatham House, The Royal Institute of International Affairs ~ Chatham House is a world-leading policy institute that aims to help governments and societies build a sustainably secure, prosperous and just world.
Club of Rome ~ The vision of The Club of Rome is an interconnected world that has emerged from multiple emergencies with a new way of being human that promotes wellbeing for all in a healthier ecosystem.
Council on Foreign Relations ~ CFR is committed to fostering a foreign policy community in the United States that is more representative of American society as a whole. CFR advances this goal throughout its work and workplace by building a diverse membership and staff, as well as through outreach activities to various academic and religious institutions, hosting events on relevant topics, and collaborating with other organizations working toward the same mission.
Rhodes Trust ~ The Rhodes Trust, based at the University of Oxford, brings together and develops exceptional people from all over the world, and in all fields of study, who are impatient with the way things are and have the courage to act.
Trilateral Commission ~ The Trilateral Commission is a global membership organization that for decades has brought together senior policymakers, business leaders, and representatives of media and academe to discuss and propose solutions to some of the world’s toughest problems. Founded in 1973 by David Rockefeller, the Commission has long been an important venue to incubate ideas and form relationships across sectors and geographies.
World Economic Forum ~ The Forum engages the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.2
In addition to the above, other less-known globalist organizations include the World Constitution & Parliament Society and Citizens for Global Solutions.
World Constitution and Parliament Society
World Constitution and Parliament Society (WCPS) is a non-governmental organization that aims to promote the establishment of a world parliament and the drafting of a world constitution. The organization believes a world parliament and Constitution are necessary to ensure global peace, security, and sustainable development.
One of the main goals of WCPS is to promote the idea of a world parliament. It envisions a forum for representatives from all countries to come together and discuss and address global issues. Of course, it is all about “climate change, poverty, inequality, and international conflicts.” The WCPS luminaries believe such a parliament would provide a platform for countries to work together. This quixotic quest “resolves these issues globally” rather than locally.
Below is a “One World Family” talk by one of the WCPS luminaries. While dull, it shows these people are at best on a quixotic quest or have a psychopath tic at worst. This chap is a typical pickled brain “professor” worried about “climate collapse.”
WCPA is an international organization that supports the idea of a world federation. The membership includes individuals from various backgrounds. Members include academics, politicians, activists, and concerned citizens. WCPA also includes national and regional organizations that support the idea of a world federation. It promotes the idea of a world federation to build a global movement for constitutional change. WCPA would like to forge a “democratic” world government. Here is an overview from WCPA’s About page:
The WCPA was founded in 1958 by Philip & Margaret Isely and other visionaries who understood that our world cannot long endure unless it was united under a single, democratic constitution for the Earth. During those initial years, the organization worked tirelessly to organize world citizens from around the globe to write the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. This process moved through four international Constituent Assemblies that took place in 1968, 1977, 1979, and 1991.
Philip and Margaret Isely were American philanthropists and advocates for world peace and global governance. Philip Isely (1916-2012) was a businessman, entrepreneur, “visionary leader,” and one of the pioneers of the world federalist movement. Margaret Isely (1921-1997) was a dedicated advocate for peace and social justice and committed to using her resources and influence to create a better world.
WCPS also advocates for the drafting of a world constitution. Such a constitution would establish the principles and values of a “world parliament.” It would operate and provide the legal framework for the parliament’s decision-making process. WCPS’s Constitution would also establish “rights and responsibilities.” That would apply to individuals, countries, and other international actors. It would direct the institutions and strategies needed to put in place the decisions of the world parliament.
The luminaries at WCPS believe a world parliament and Constitution would more address global issues. They claim to allow for the participation and “representation of all countries and people” rather than a select few. Additionally, WCPS argues that the world parliament and Constitution would provide a way to address problems. That is, problems caused by the current system of nation-states often lead to conflicts and power imbalances.
WCPA aims to create a “democratic and federal world government” to address global problems. It would tackle war, poverty, and environmental degradation. WCPA believes a world government with a constitution and a parliamentary system can provide a framework for peace. It would foster “justice, and cooperation.” The ultimate goal of WCPA is to create a world community based on the principles of “democracy, human rights, and the rule of law.”
Establishing a world parliament and Constitution is unrealistic and difficult. A world parliament and Constitution would lead to the loss of sovereignty for individual countries. It could impose the will of powerful nations on weaker ones.
As a review, WCPA aims to promote the idea of a world parliament. It would draft a “world constitution” to address global issues. WCPA would “promote peace, security, and sustainable development.” A glance at WCPA’s online materials demonstrates this organization is akin to a club of intellectuals.
Citizens for Global Solutions
Citizens for Global Solutions is a global organization that advocates establishing a federal world government. This organization started in 1947 as the World Federalist Association (WFA). In 2004, the WFA changed its name to Citizens for Global Solutions (CGS). CGS promotes the concept of the United Federation of Nations.
To set the stage, here’s Walter Cronkite (1916-2009) giving a speech on receiving the 1999 Norman Cousins Global Governance Award from WFA.
CGS has been working to promote a world-federalist system. It believes the only way to ensure peace, stability, and prosperity is through a global governance system. This system would transcend national borders. It claims to operate with “democracy,” transparency, and accountability.
CGS’s mission is to create a world where individuals and nations can live in “peace, security, and prosperity.” The organization says the current global system, based on the sovereignty of nation-states, has failed. It wants to address many of the world’s most pressing issues, including poverty, climate change, war, and human rights violations. It believes the only way to address these issues is through a new global governance system. Its system would enshrine the principles of their notion of “federalism” and the rule of law.
The luminaries at CGS claim to have support from a network of individuals, organizations, and governments. These entities “share” its vision for a world-federalist system. CGS works together to promote the idea of world federalism through research, advocacy, and education. The organization also collaborates with other like-minded organizations and institutions. This partnership increases the visibility and impact of its work.
One of the critical initiatives of CGS is its advocacy work. The organization lobbies governments and international organizations to support a world-federalist system. CGS also raises public awareness about the benefits of a federal world government. It provides a platform for individuals and organizations to “voice their support” for this vision.
CGS conducts research and provides educational resources to support its mission. The organization produces publications and reports that explore the world’s challenges. CGS bloviates how a federal world government could address the challenges. It also provides educational resources and training programs. That helps individuals and organizations understand the concept of “world federalism” and how they can contribute.
As a review, CGS promotes the idea of a federal world government. Its mission is to create a world where individuals and nations can live in peace, security, and prosperity. CGS’s commitment to democracy, transparency, and accountability is the “prime driver.” The organization “contributes to the global discourse” through advocacy, research, and educational programs.
Analysis
Compared to entities such as the World Economic Forum, WCPA, and CGS are relatively unknown. However, they are in lockstep with the other entities that wish to “unite the world.” There are several challenges associated with the creation and implementation of a world government:
Financing: Funding a world government can also be challenging, as it would require contributions from all member countries, some of which may be less financially capable than others.
Implementation: The practicalities of implementing a world government, such as the creation of institutions, the distribution of powers and responsibilities, and the resolution of disputes, are complex and challenging to achieve.
Political: Creating a world government requires a high degree of political consensus among countries, which is difficult to achieve given the diversity of political systems, ideologies, and interests of nations.
Representation: Ensuring fair representation of all nations in a world government can be challenging, as some countries may have more political power and influence than others.
Resistance: Many groups and individuals resist the idea of a world government due to cultural, ideological, or historical reasons or concerns about losing national identity or control.
Sovereignty: The idea of a world government challenges the traditional concept of national sovereignty, and many countries may resist surrendering their autonomy to a supranational authority.
If a New World Order is successful, it will lead to the erosion of national sovereignty and personal freedom. A one-world government will likely birth a one-world religion, a form of New Age spirituality hostile to Christianity and other traditional religions.
These are just some of the challenges associated with creating a world government. Despite these difficulties, proponents of a world government argue that the benefits of global cooperation and coordination on issues such as war, poverty, and environmental degradation make it a “worthy goal” to pursue. Baloney.
Conclusion
A global conspiracy exists to create a one-world government, economy, and religion. It is most often called the New Word Order. Organizations like the United Nations and other international bodies want to achieve that goal. These organizations seem to work together to create a global government that will eventually control every aspect of people’s lives. Fortunately, in reality, these organizations work against each other related to many of the proposed details and the type of power structure.
On the flip side, perhaps the west is on the losing end of its quest for the New World Disorder with the new Russia-China alliance rushing to the finish line. 📕
