This week, 8/7/2023, Dr. Rand Paul's newsletter reported that a provision he had attempted to add to a Ukraine Aid Bill had been defeated in congress. He wanted to have an audit of money sent to Ukraine. Most Senators want aid to Ukraine to be secret - like its funding of the CIA.
It's a 1960s left wing agitator's idea of what a sinister global conspiracy hatched in Washington would look like. "War as a system of social control" is how Marxists imagine war works.
Fascinating and frightening. When we lived in PA, we saw the Boyers facility and knew people who worked there.
Surely something that mostly becomes true is a plan not a fiction.
