The Broken Trust: Why the Majority Voted Against the Progressive Agenda
An open letter that reflects on the policies and actions that deepened divides and alienated the American public
Yes, I’m a very lazy eater. I like... That’s why I like soup. First of all, it looks half-digested when they put it down in front of you. So you feel like half the work is done already. I’m hoping Campbell’s comes out with, like, an IV line of soup, so you could just jam right into your arm, you know? Campbell’s tomato intravenous. Mainline gumbo. Everyone just sitting around at dinner with their soup IV just hanging on the hook there, you know? “How’s yours, Grandpa?” Oh, chunky style.

Introduction
The “Open Letter” text below is an earnest appeal to collectivists to consider why the majority made their choice in the November 2024 election. For years, the concerns of cogent-thinking individuals faced cancellation, our values trivialized, and our voices stifled amidst ridicule and antagonism. The rising political and cultural rifts stem from misunderstandings and a reluctance to interact with those holding different opinions.
To set the stage, for many collectivists, the deep-seated hatred toward Trump is a means of hiding their actual support for progressive policies, such as gender affirmation. Some emphasize anti-Trump positions to displace or lighten the idea that they actively and positively assume sickening social positions. Others not only hate Trump but also openly partake in cruel and disgusting things like taking their young children to demented dollar-stuffing drag queen shows.
Open Letter
My dear friends and adversaries who favor collectivism, the following text explains what you need to consider to understand why the majority voted as they did in November 2024.
First, you mocked and belittled us for the past eight years, refusing to listen or even try to understand our concerns. Any time we disagreed with one of your policies or opinions, you, in Pavlovian fashion, called us “fascist,” “bigot,” and “racist.” The liberal media amplified this split, giving a platform to Never Trump neoconservatives only to advance their stories. You created or perpetuated a loop of misinformation, like the fake Russian Dossier story, which led to a loss of trust.
In particular, we often hear the word fascist hurled as a derogatory label by individuals like you who are uneducated and miseducated about its historical and ideological meaning, projecting your frustration onto others without grasping the word’s actual implications. Historically, fascism referred to a system characterized by a centralized authority maintaining strict control while fostering public-private partnerships to advance national goals. Ironically, those who use “fascist” as an insult advocate for increased governmental control over businesses to fulfill societal needs—an approach that parallels aspects of the very framework they denounce. Antifa, which your leaders say is a myth, is a fascist front. Your misuse of the word fascist highlights both a lack of historical awareness and a contradiction in perspective.
When the Hunter Biden laptop story came out in 2020, 51 former intelligence officials labeled it Russian disinformation, and social media, including the alternate media, then called Twitter, actively censored the story. These moves were dangerous and stifled freedom of information. You believed this misinformation like an “obedient subject.”
Public health officials and experts alienated many by aggressively pushing mask mandates and vaccine requirements while dismissing opposing views. The approach sparked widespread distrust and resistance. You gleefully followed along like sheep over a ravine.
Hatred against those questioning vaccines was a reprehensible betrayal of the liberal mantra of “my body, my choice.” It was a battle cry for individual autonomy until the vaccine debates arose, after which you followed the caustic cancel culture. Voices of concern were often demonized as anti-science, silenced, and doxed. The parroting of “Vaccine Denier” is a testimony of your control under the PsyOps perpetrated by the medical-pharmaceutical complex. Rest assured, the mantra “Brought to you by Phyzer” will trigger you to run to your medicine cabinet for your hypochondriac fix of the day.
The lockdown policies of democratic leaders shuttered schools, churches, and businesses, causing irreparable harm to our communities, economy, and the mental health of our children. The consequences of such decisions are still reverberating. You enjoyed being at home for a year or more while stuffing your mouth with goods delivered by those who still worked.
The forced gender affirmation policy in schools has made many families feel cheated, many times without transparency or parents’ consent. Such ideologies forced on children serve only to undermine parental rights and plant seeds of distrust in the education system. Your lack of response to this Frankenstein-like program speaks volumes. It is draconian, demented, degenerate, and a form of population control.
Contributing to the erosion of societal norms is a reprehensible trend in exposing children to sexually inclined drag shows. Events like this, masquerading as inclusivity, have taken priority over the well-being and innocence of children on the political radar. We grow weary of the juvenile use of “transphobia” by those like you who get pleasure projecting the matter at hand (heterophobia).
In addition to the two impeachments against President Trump, the legal actions led by Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, and Fani Willis increasingly appeared politically motivated rather than based on justice and deepened the partisan divide. Another tool in your arsenal is to hate Trump and anybody who supports America First. You parrot the baseless Xenophobia mantra.
Your lack of response to the lousy intellectual giants with pea brains that allow biological men to compete in women’s sports and labeling those who disagreed “transphobes” stinks to high heaven. Furthermore, it sure smells like something is rotten in Denmark. That drove away many who believed in fairness and equality in women’s athletics. When asked to define a woman, this issue went into orbit by statements from your beloved collectivists such as Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. Your use of creepy mantras like “chest feeders” constitutes a creepy-cheesy word salad.
While sidelining the American energy industries, the mandate for electric vehicles increased costs for everyday Americans and jeopardized jobs. Your electric car is nothing more than a crummy virtue signal. Your juvenile use of “climate denier” fits nicely into a sewage treatment plant.
The environmental damage from wind turbines, mainly those placed in the ocean and solar panels, has been ignored. Some harmful effects include marine ecosystem destruction, toxic material use in manufacturing solar panels, and waste produced when these systems are no longer viable. Serious concerns get brushed aside in the rush to push green energy policies. These so-called “solutions” are causing more harm than you are willing to admit, and the environmental costs are often downplayed or dismissed.
The student debt cancellation plan incensed those who paid their loans responsibly or decided not to attend college, building resentment rather than unity. Meanwhile, “Bidenomics” became synonymous with skyrocketing groceries, utilities, and housing costs, with relief nowhere in sight. That putrid cancellation package exemplifies your laziness leanings. It is right in line with the caustic cancel culture pogrom.
The aggressive Department of Justice targeting of abortion protesters while turning a seemingly blind eye to those who have vandalized pregnancy help centers displayed a blaring double standard. Such actions alienated those who value equal protection under the law and left many wondering what the justice system was working toward. Your eyes glued on CNN and the other propaganda outlets deserve a dose of your own medicine - canceling. How about the hundreds of churches vandalized? What did your beloved nasty Nanny State do about that?
This refusal to acknowledge the impact of unfettered illegal immigration has divided Americans further: increased criminal activity, human trafficking, and a strain on social services. That, combined with policies that disregard border security or childly label concerns as xenophobia, alienates those who seek fairness and lawfulness in the immigration system. Your mind-mush manta, “Has an immigrant hurt you?” is intellectually dishonest at every level.
So far, the Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) agenda you bathe in daily has been doing precisely the opposite of what it hoped to achieve: creating resentment through its preference for individuals based solely on ethnicity or gender rather than merit. This approach only erodes trust in institutions and lets division replace inclusivity. Get this collectivist DEI lover - the correct order of the term is Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE).
The “Defund the Police” movement and progressive district attorneys, some backed by donors like the disgusting and reprehensible George Soros (and his son), have contributed to rising crime rates that are making communities less safe and disrespecting the law enforcement officers who protect the public. It is all just “firefly but mostly peaceful protests” within the skull of your intellectual but pea-sized brain.
Administrators on college campuses have tolerated antisemitic rhetoric while promoting divisive ideologies that alienate students from conservative or Christian backgrounds. Professors have continued to propagate one-sided narratives-portraying white people as inherently privileged, capitalism as evil, and Israel as an oppressor. Like the “Soup N___” from Seinfeld, you, in reality, parrot the mantra “no free speech for you (the conservative).”
From that perspective, targeting those in opposition to the progressive agenda has reached even the level of the ordinary citizen. What infuriates cogent-minded folk is the tiresome narrative that the ones opposing policies on pushing the agenda-whether on vaccines, gender issues, or other topics are “potential right-wing terrorists.” For example, parents who spoke to school board meetings about curriculum decisions concerning gender and sexual orientation. Those who did often found themselves under continuous attacks, branded as extremists or threats to national security, simply because they dared raise questions about the direction the education system was taking. Government agency overreach, including even the Department of Justice, in branding concerned parents as potential domestic terrorists is not only unfair but utterly unjust. This kind of rhetoric that you parrot alienates those who are rightly worried about the future of their children and the societal values they hold dear.
Adding to this pattern is the Pavlovian response to label anyone who questions U.S. involvement in the Ukraine war as a “Russian spy” or “Kremlin sympathizer.” This dismissive tactic silences legitimate debate about the war’s costs, consequences, and objectives by reducing dissenting voices to caricatures of disloyalty. Such accusations shut down meaningful discourse, creating an environment where questioning the government’s foreign policy decisions is treated as treasonous rather than patriotic. That makes the Cold War-era “witch hunt” seem mild. Your related behavior undermines public trust and discourages the critical examination of policies that significantly impact American lives and global stability.
Your ignorance surrounding monetary matters has also been a hallmark of progressive policies, with little acknowledgment of the long-term consequences of their financial demands. Programs such as Universal Basic Income and other large-scale government handouts may appear compassionate on the surface. Still, they come at a steep cost to the nation’s economic stability. These initiatives debase the currency, fueling inflation that harms all Americans—especially those on fixed incomes and the working class. Policymakers have ignored basic economic principles by creating money out of thin air to fund such programs without regard to fiscal discipline, exacerbating the financial burden on ordinary citizens. This shortsightedness prioritizes feel-good politics over sustainable economic health, leaving Americans to pay rising costs for essentials like food, housing, and energy. You heard it here, my lazy liberal friends: putrid “packages” like the Inflation Reduction Act increased it rather than reduced it.
The policy of providing sex change surgeries for military personnel has sparked significant controversy, raising questions about priorities, costs, and readiness. Critics argue that such surgeries divert critical resources from mission-essential functions, especially when the military faces budget constraints and rising global threats. These procedures, often followed by lengthy recovery periods and ongoing medical care, could affect unit cohesion and operational readiness. Furthermore, taxpayer funds for elective medical interventions of this nature are contentious, as they are an inappropriate allocation of public resources. Supporters like you frame the policy as inclusive, but it risks prioritizing individual preferences over the collective goal of maintaining a focused, mission-ready force.
Ultimately, the political “machine” presented cogent-minded folk with two choices: Donald Trump, a man with undeniable flaws and “warts,” and the other, a continuation of the agenda responsible for these objectionable policies and actions. The choice was not about perfection but about which path offered a chance to halt the erosion of values, freedoms, and economic stability. For many, the decision was clear—not because Trump was without fault, but because the alternative represented an unyielding commitment to doubling down on the above issues that have divided and damaged the nation. It was a course correction, a stand against a system that ignored the voices of so many and prioritized ideology over common sense and unity.
Lastly, blind enmity against Donald Trump obscured your vision of so many of these immensely destructive policies and actions. With your zeal now to resist him, such hatred has not only tolerated these odious issues but, in many cases, become the embodiment of those traits you claim to despise. Vengeance at any cost has closed your eyes to the damage to the country and turned them into what they claim to hate.
These policies, actions, and attitudes have shown why so many have felt ignored and pushed to the side. The decision to dismiss legitimate concerns, force mindless ideologies, and undermine traditional values has driven voters toward alternatives.
End of open letter.
Conclusion
To my regular readers, the choice in November 2024 was neither easy nor ideal. It was a decision borne out of necessity—a stand against policies and actions that have disregarded our values undermined our freedoms and strained our unity.
The points made in this open letter highlight the risks involved when ideology supersedes reason and when dissent faces scorn instead of discussion. This election’s results signify a joint endeavor to counteract such tendencies and call for redirecting the country’s path.
Let this serve as a reflection and a rallying point for continued vigilance and engagement in shaping our shared future.
Parting Shot
Those who use labels like “climate change denier,” “election denier,” or “vaccine denier” often project their refusal to engage with reality onto others. These terms dismiss valid concerns and shut down open discourse rather than fostering genuine debate. By labeling opponents in such a way, they seek to delegitimize differing viewpoints, implying that anyone who questions prevailing narratives is inherently wrong or misinformed. Those who rely on such reductive terminology deny the complexity and nuance of the issues. This approach undermines healthy discussion and erodes the trust needed to solve complex problems. The bottom line is that the projectors of this mind-numbing nonsense constitute a crummy cadre of REALITY DENIERS.
