Part 2 - Medical Mutilation Madness

From a historical perspective, Douglas Murray’s book The Madness of Crowds offers this fascinating background about gender fluidity (pp. 186-187):

Not only is some type of gender-ambiguity or gender-fluidity common across most cultures, it is hard to think of a culture in the world that does not include – and allow for – some variety of gender-ambiguity. It is not an invention of late modernity. … In India there are the Hijras – a class of intersex and transvestite – knowledge and acceptance of whom dates back centuries. In Thailand the Kathoey is a type of effeminate male who is widely accepted to be neither male nor female. And on the island of Samoa there are fa’afafine, men who live and dress as women. … So awareness of some blurring between the sexes exists in almost every culture and ranges from transvestitism (people dressing up as members of the opposite sex) all the way through to transsexualism (going through with a range of procedures in order to ‘become’ the opposite sex). Whatever the evolutionary factors behind this, a considerable range of cultures has adapted to the idea that some people may be born in one body but desire to live in another.¹

Those not yet folded into the trans collective mass psychosis know the above examples are exceptions to the norm. Today, it seems like the collective is in warp drive and will not be satisfied until heterosexual relations are the exception. To interfere with God’s Creation and Natural Law is a dangerous affair. Thus the same people who worship the environment turn their back on God’s other creations. In other words, it is a direct assault on the family that God instituted with one man (Adam) and one woman (Eve). See Genesis 2.

By canceling God’s creation with overarching evolution theory, the collectivists have the license to decide their gender. That is counter to the natural divine construct of the two sexes. That enables a plethora of anti-God, anti-Ten Commandment endeavors. Thirsty for something sacred, the global elites give the masses earth worship. That makes humankind less critical, thus fulfilling the globalist desire to tamp down and transition society. It is a form of sacrifice to Mother Gaia. Not surprisingly, environmentalists adopt New Age religious-like views. Scientists have become mystics and alchemists in the pursuit of environmental policy. The transition of humankind flows hand in glove with that policy.

As an example of this accelerated and modern transition system, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, an Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) affiliate, has a strange web page. It is about “transgender” therapy for children as young as ten. It lists resources encouraging girls to “bind their chest” and boys to “tuck their genitals.” It also directs children to nefarious websites to “assist” them. One section of the tucking instruction is about “Putting your testicles inside your body.” I challenge any person from the medical community to prove this is a safe thing to do.

In the guidance, the children’s hospital also directs minors to a “sex-positive” shop in Portland. The sex toy store offers “virtual offerings” that provide “Fun and interactive sex toy chat + Q&A facilitated by one of our sex toy experts.” The sex toy store also offers online classes about sexual activities. This children’s hospital admits that the shop is for people aged 18 and older, but a parent must go with those younger.

Origami Customs is an online company that sells gaffs and underwear designed for tucking. They have been featured in Planned Parenthood guides for people seeking gender-affirming treatment.

LeoLines is an Etsy shop that offers affordable gaffs and underwear for tucking. They have positive reviews from trans feminine folks. They also make products that are designed specifically for children with tucking needs.

In the Portland area

SheBop is a sex-positive adult retailer in Portland for ages 18 and older. It offers appointments outside regular business so younger people can buy gender-affirming products. Make an appointment by emailing info@sheboptheshop.com. Those younger than 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and the parent/guardian must sign a consent form.

OHSU is Oregon’s “premiere” high-volume “gender center.” It claims to have more than a century of experience performing gender-based medical interventions on adults. They have evolved to “treating” children. Lawmakers trust OHSU to help reshape policies. That is at the local, county, state, and federal levels. It shapes education from kindergarten to doctoral studies. And, it provides on-demand gender-based medical intervention. All subsidized by state Medicare and available to virtually all ages.

Oregon law now considers anyone over 15 an adult to consent to medical gender intervention without parental knowledge (14 when the intervention happens in a mental health setting). Health providers are immune from liability for acting against parents’ objections “in good faith.”

OHSU may be prīmā faciē of transgender marvels for children, but it is not alone in the medical mutilation madness. Additional transgender medical service centers include but are not limited to the University of Michigan Health, Fenway Health, University of California San Francisco, UCON Health, and UC Berkley. Two words sum up the reality of this nonsense - Junk Science

Meanwhile, the White House plans make trouble for states that protect children from interventions. They proceed on the myth that children are “born in the wrong body.” “Gender-affirming” is sex-denying. No amount of linguistic gymnastics can obscure the undeniable facts. Of course, the White House claims the value of these “treatments” comes from sound science. No wonder the Covid narrative has an odor consistent with a pack of lies.

This story, also from Douglas Murray’s book The Madness of Crowds, illustrates the danger of the modern transgender movement.

… Nancy grew up feeling rejected by her parents and at some stage settled on the idea that things might be better if she was a man. In 2009, in her late thirties, she began taking hormone therapy. Shortly after this, she had a double mastectomy and then a set of surgeries to try to construct a penis. In total, she had three major sex-change operations between 2009 and 2012. … At the end of this process ‘Nathan’, as he then was, reacted to the results. ‘I was ready to celebrate my new birth. But when I looked in the mirror I was disgusted with myself…. So in September 2013, at the age of 44 – only a year after the last sex-change procedure – Verhelst was euthanized by the state. In his country of birth, euthanasia is legal and the relevant medical authorities in Belgium agreed that Verhelst could be euthanized due to ‘unbearable psychological suffering’.²

The negative consequences of medical treatment for gender dysphoria like the above find little coverage by the legacy media. It is troubling why the medical community now supports and encourages medical mutilation of children. And at the same time, the medical industry at large blocked inexpensive and effective Covid treatments. Therefore, money is a driver of this insanity. Furthermore, the linguistic gymnastics by the “experts” are legion, such as this example from Experts Say Gender-Affirming Medical Care Can Be Lifesaving for Youth:

… efforts to ban gender-affirming medical care for trans and nonbinary youth are at odds with accepted medical care and practices and “professional guidelines from major medical and mental health associations across the country.”

It is perplexing how the feminist crowd detests men but seems to go along with the transition of women into “men.” The few who speak up, such as J. K. Rowling, get the scorn of the alphabet mafia. Silence equals violence, or say a “wrong” word, and you are a hater. We cannot seem to run away from it, such as in this example: Supermarket Giant Coles To Give Trans Staff Paid Gender Affirmative Leave. This affair resembles the Borg Collective from Star Trek Next Generation (resistance is futile).

In a bit of sanity, Dr. Michael Brown offers these sage words of advice to deal with the collective:

Some .. have biological or chromosomal abnormalities and are classified as intersex, and many of them do not fit conveniently into our simple male or female boxes. We should treat them with compassion and respect, helping them find wholeness, just as we would treat anyone else with a physical handicap or defect.
